Huge grocery store. Didn't find what l was looking for. No stock on shelves (gluten free biscuits). Lovely fresh looking fruit and veg, through. A lot of people in store. Staff were busy

Since they got rid of the deli section, I will not buy any pre packaged products. I also won't be buying a roast chicken as I don't know how long they have been sitting there with only a few on display. Messy, crowded, long cues for checkouts,unhelpful staff. You can't go to the self serve with a big load which I refuse to use.Only go there as a last resort.

Rude and lazy staff Fateema is the worst out of all the Coles staff in NSW! She has a strong Lebo accent and her big round face looks angry and not friendly to customers like us. Remember this rule -without us there is no pay for you at coles ! Not coming back to this angry coles at anytime soon
