Water Gardens Aged Care

A clean nursing home with professional and friendly staff. Parking up close may sometimes not be possible due to limited spots at the front, however this is only a minor issue.

A high quality aged care facility. The staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of residents, and the premises modern, clean and well maintained.

My father loved it but now he's gone but I suppose they took good care of him and what more can you ask for. Lots of friends friendly staff and kept well informed how my dad was going so I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a parent to have the best of care they deserve when they are unable to take care of themselves.

Hi i will like to say that SOME of the carers are amazing they treat the elderly with respect and love.It's a very clear and beautiful nursing home.The 2 ladies that work at the reception at the front of the nursing home. They are very lovely and caring,they are always there to help you with their beautiful smile.I just wish there were more life entertainments for the loving and beautiful residents they really enjoy it and it brings them so much joy.

Pretty good weekend staff are to be watched but my father in law was treated well and was happy here some staff are excellent

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have my grandmother spend the highest quality of life and care possible during a difficult time. We never thought we would consider placing a family member in aged care and it was the best decision we made for her and our family. She was in high care, on oxygen and her movement our of bed minimal adding an extra challenge to staff. All of the staff are the warmest, amazing uplifting spirits, felt like family towards her and us - every time! She was clean, content, massaged, accepted by them not as a resident but as family. On every level, we cannot thank Watergardens Aged Care Centre for showing us all the positivity that can come from a place that is often criticised (as most aged care facilities,) this particular aged care care was nothing short of a luxurious hotel with happy staff.

Don't do it! My grandmother received poor care while under their care. It was traumatic for her and our entire family. Nobody cared about my grandmother. Lack of staff, skills and empathy. We will regret this choice forever.
