07/01/2023- I have continued to call, the store, both managers Gail and Adrian and yet to have this resolved. I would like a full refund. I have now also logged a complaint wth ACCC and hopefully get this resolved. DO not use Albion or Geebung store.Do not recommend Albion or Geebung White Knight Drycleaners. If I could do a review with no star I would.The most unprofessional customer service.I booked in my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and boxed up and paid extra for this service. Over nearly 2 months of no contact I decided to try and get in contact to check in. Over 48 calls no answer ( over the period of two weeks) I decided that something was not right. I decided to turn up in store and ask what was going on. The lady told me it was coming and they will call me. Again no communication and after additional phone calls they finally said it was ready. I rushed down there straight away to only find it wasn’t even my dress. They then got my dress to my disappointment it comes home smelling like cigarettes and the bottom of the dress as dirty as what it was when I dropped it off. I called up straight away and the Albion lady hung up on me and said to call Geebung as they actually cleaned it. I called Geebung they said they will call me back. I’m still waiting.As a non smoker I am shattered that my dream dress is now smelling like cigarettes and still dirty. Albion and Geegbung white king you have my contact details and I am asking for a full refund. I will be taking legal action if I do not hear from you soon.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESSAbsolutely ridiculous business. I dropped of a number of business shirts and suit items off on a Monday, after the staff member confirmed that they would be available for pickup that Friday. The staff member continually assured me they would be ready for pickup on Wednesday.I phoned on 3 times on Thursday to confirm whether the items were ready for pickup - no answer on all occasions. I then went to the business and it was shut - contrary to the opening hours listed on the door. Two men purported to work there then seen me and asked if they could assist. I said I am here to pick up items that were to be ready by Friday. One of the men looked me up and down and asked 'How many WEEKS ago did you drop them off?'. When I told them Monday, they both almost just laughed at me and told me that I will receive a text when they are ready for pickup.3 weeks later I am still yet to hear from the business whatsoever - no phone call, no text message, no communication at all.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have been waiting for 5 Months for my item. There have been numerous phone calls with no answers or call backs. It is atrocious!!!! Never ever again will I use this service. One star is even too good for them.UPDATE..........Item has been LOST! was told I would get a refund for the price of the item and supplied bank details......WHAT A JOKE!!!! Still waiting!! They cant even have the decency to answer calls, texts or emails!! Gone to the ACCC and also QCAT for help

Please don’t use this business! I have dropped off 21 items of business wear (very expensive stuff) they basically stole it. First they couldn’t find it , later they disconnected their phones and stole my stuff basically.I have reposted them to the police so let’s see what can be done.

AVOID this company at all costs! ❌❌❌My clothes were sent in for dry cleaning in November and retuned with stains on ALL items (clearly hadn’t been cleaned). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for another clean. Three months later and four expensive items are still missing.This is more than $1000 worth of clothes! Their website terms and conditions states they will refund up to 10x the amount of the dry cleaning bill and despite pointing this out, I have received no compensation, no contact from a manager, my calls/emails/texts are read and go unanswered. I mean seriously, at least make the effort to turn your read receipts off…I’ve made contact countless times in several different ways and I’ve even been in to the store, the manager is never there and the woman on the desk claims she cannot issue refunds or contact the manager.No apology. In fact, they haven’t even acknowledged they have lost the clothes and it has been three months! I’m now taking them to QCAT for a reimbursement of my clothes.I’m shocked, angry and disappointed a company can get away with operating this way! Reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-off situation. Please save yourself the stress, money and disappointment.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! ❌❌❌

Quite frankly, an utter disgrace of a company. I placed a order for a home collection of my doona for a dry clean. Their website states that doonas take around 3-5. Only once my doona was collected was I told that actually it would probably take 2 weeks. Apparently the 3-5 days given on the website was pre-covid". "pre-covid" was nealry 2 and a half years ago! Plenty of time to update their website. And any company still using the covid excuse for their failings is clearly a joke of a company.It is now over two weeks since my doona was collected and countless emails and calls are going unanswered. Calls are unanswered and message bank is full. It seems they have just decided to ghost me and never return my doona. My doona was a very expensive purchase I made when I lived in the UK and have spent lots of money having it shipped with me around the world. Brisbane is currently experiencing the coldest winter for 100 years and I am shivering in bed in my summer sheets

I had an extremely similar experience to Becky Teacher so nothing has changed in 8 months. Calls still get unanswered, phone numbers on the website go to full mailboxes, the doona cleaning time says 3-5 days not 2 weeks, and you have to aggressively call to get your product back....and it won't be washed. I don't understand how this business is running.

If I could give them a -10 I would. Dropped off a queen size mattress topper there as normal dry cleaner was closed. Told it would be 3 weeks and price was nearly $60. Went to pickup on advised date. Not done, told me another 2 weeks, rang before I went to pickup to make sure it was ready they couldn't find it. Told them they better find it or they'd be paying me $150 to replace.They magically found it!. When I put on bed it was covered in long black hair and fluff! Have now taken to my normal cleaners and he charges $20 cheaper.. don't use this company under any circumstances..

Absolute rubbish service and lack of professionalism from Anthony & Adrian. DO NOT USE.Lost my quilt and returned someone else’s property after THREE MONTHS! Receipt number D781118.Made the mistake of giving them a quilt for cleaning, which they lost and never returned, continued to doubt my sanity stating I never even used White Knight in Geebung.Attempting to get in touch with so called managers ADRIAN or ANTHONY for 3 months!! No respect even to return my calls. 

Then overheard their staff whispering on the phone 'just give them any old quilt' when I continued to contact them. asking for my property.Unacceptable. Have no recourse but to file written complaint with ACCC. I’m sure Current Affair would love to hear about your organisation and how to ‘deal’ with paying customers, on camera.AVOID WHITE KNIGHT AT ALL COSTS!!!

I put a queen size doona in for cleaning in December 2022. I was told it would be a few weeks because they were busy. I said ok, I'll come back in January. I've been back 4 times in person and called at least 3 times. Each time I'm told they can't find my doona and they'll call me when the find it. I'm still waiting for a call, and my doona. I had to click a star for this to post but they don't even deserve that.
