Now they are not a retail outlet customer service has gone down down down. Service and helpfulness non existent. Can't get through on the phone. Treated me as if I was stupid. They used to be so helpful. Pity to see a once reputable business go to the dogs.

Reliably unreliable. Incredibly dysfunctional as a business, always blaming another branch for an error. No call backs or acknowledgement of mistakes. Still waiting for gas after 4 days...

Just went to change over a gas cylinder, manager was berating his staff in front of customers which I thought was poor form, I said what’s the problem mate, his reply was “do want to leave and try coming back in again” nice thing to say to a customer.I collected the change over bottle he told me to hurry up and sign for it and leave so his staff could get on with their job. I found him to be extremely rude

Terrible service and completely unreliable, have to continually follow up to get gas bottles removed or fire stick heaters exchanged. Been waiting nearly half a year for some to be collected.On top of this you can place an order for gas bottles and you could be waiting up to a month to get these after repeated follow ups.Place seems like it’s in shambles…

Have been a commercial client since the 90’s and needed a service at home with our Bromic Pyramid heater. Jordan helped troubleshoot over the phone and later turned up to fix the problem promptly during their EOFY busy rush. Super helpful.

Jason was super friendly and helpful. I came in to get a hose for an old portable barbecue to gas bottle for camping. Anaconda didn't have it and they referred us to Supagas. Really happy with the purchase, showed me safe usage, recommended an L shape connector for easier usage and even tested the barbecue to make sure it was all working. Would definitely highly recommend this for all your gas needs. Thanks again Jason!

My original interaction with Supagas Chelt was a 5 star.I went in querying my account and got some extra attitude from the lady there. Without listening to me or trying to understand my issue she became rude. so i walked out.Contacted head office now as a complaint along with ACCC.

I have been dealing with Supagas Chelteham for over five years and their saving grace is the Customer Service, Kristen in particular. We have a few policy that need to be adhered to and when the driver has made an error I just call or email Kristen who ensures that the problem is solved. Kristen never complains and makes me feel like a valued customer. She has a wonderful attitude towards her customers. Good customer service is few a far between but with Kristen I know the problem will be fixed.

Thank you so much to Bill and Andrea! They were able to find a leak that we have been battling to find for months! They thoroughly checked all fittings and explained what they were doing throughout. After months of frustration they found our problem. No more frustrating days standing in the cold changing bottles weekly anymore! Many Thanks!
