It's cool!! The equipment was good, there's a fridge to put your beers and you can buy some snacks there too.

Excellent setup with good quality equipment and reasonable pricing. Thoroughly recommend it for musicians looking for a creative space.

Great place to rehearse. I was looking for a place like that one and it’s fulfilling my dreams! Nice big rooms in an area where noise is not an issue!

I've used all of the studios (3 on ground floor, 1 upstairs) with a 5 piece band (2xgtr,bass,drums,vocals). The rooms are reasonably similar in size and the smallest is still OK for a 4 piece, i.e. you can move around the room. Rooms all sound good and equipment has all been in excellent working order. Milk crates and music stands always available.Entrance to studio is off driveway at back of building with short, flat lug (unless you book smallest upstairs room). It can get a little congested if more than 2 or 3 people are loading in or out simultaneously. Off street parking is easy weekday afternoons/evenings and most weekends as it is in a trades oriented part of Brookvale. Weekdays day and weekends when Manly have a home game at Brookvale oval the parking availability can be quite bad.Basic amenities, small kitchenette, fridge, 2 x toilets. Small supply of snacks and drinks available and paid for on honesty system. 24 hour McDonald's 1 min drive away on Winbourne Rd.I've adopted this as a regular studio as the rates are good given studio quality and availability. We've never had a problem with access or waiting for bands to clear out of our booked room.

A number of rehearsal and teaching rooms available. One room has a piano. Recording space, electronic sound equipment is available and music stands are available.
