Had a mate go there. Bought a brand new bike, now has no back up support & totally ignores any correspondence to rectify his bike issues. This is 2 mate’s now who’ve bought bike from Ram & have been shafted after taking their money. Give this guy a miss

I Brought a 2022 Beta 480 race edition from Ram recently . I’ve been to a lot of bike shops around Perth and I can say I haven’t had any service that had so much experience with enduro bike sales service and importantly the setup of the bike, I’m 120kg with all my gear on and the bike felt a bit soft, Ram sorted me out with all the info and parts to get the bike dialled in for my weight and not only that when when mike from Startgate next door fitted new suspension Ram went above and beyond by updating the mapping system in the bike and calling me to discuss my type of riding I do to select the correct map for my usage . Motorcycle studio is the one stop shop for all enduro needs who else will answer the phone on a Sunday when you need help ? Ram willGreat shop great service hands down
