Astalty

I have been using Astalty software program since January 2023. As an Independent Support Coordinator, I find it easy to use. The invoicing takes me about 5 minutes at the end of each week. The Astalty team are very helpful, and love that we are kept update with the new integrations. Thank you Astalty for making my life so much easier!

Astalty has made my life so much easier. My invoicing time has dramatically reduced and participant information is so easy to record and keep in one place. The support from the Astalty team is amazing. Queries are answered and resolved so promptly that your work is not held up in any way. The regular updates and constant improvements to the program are fantastic. It's a must for Support Coordinators and we also have Allied Health practitioners that use the program.

I started using Astalty after trailing a few other platforms. I was spending hours uploading case notes and capturing hours worked.I have been using Astalty for almost 5 months now. WOW have more time for myself now.Astalty is awesome and easy to use. Most things are already programmed in and if they are not the team are up for any suggestions and ideas. I am a Support Coordinator and also use the program for support workers. Capturing everything I need. I also love that I can upload notes from my phone app when out, and it's there for me when I return to my office. No time wasted. Everything is built in to save your time.James has been an amazing support. Any questions are answered promptly. Videos sent to me to make my life easier and understand how to troubleshoot. They also appreciate your feedback. Communication is professional and any issues resolved pretty much immediately.I enjoy all the new features that are introduced eg: birthdays. This helps me make participants day a little special and prompts me to send them a birthday wish. They love it!I am a director / manager and Asltaly has given me more time to do other things.Thank you team for your awesome program :)

Kimberley Therapy Services in Broome went live with Astalty 2 weeks ago and has been the best thing we have done! I trialed a few different systems before choosing Astalty and haven't really even had to use the training videos much because the system is so user friendly with straightforward functionality. The support team and very prompt and responsive which makes a huge difference to productivity.

I switched to Astalty a couple of months ago and I am incredibly happy with it! It's very easy to use and has all the required tools to make the job easy.Also, communication and support from James and Jonathon, is timely and efficient.Great work!
