Stay away from this funeral home. Worst experience. Were very disrespectful towards the grieving family and disorganised on the day of the funeral.Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

Please do not use this service for your loved ones. Funerals should be about saying good bye to a loved one and celebrating their life. This company brought nothing but disrespect, heartache and grief during a time of mourning. Please look for another company that will provide you and your family with support and respect during a time of loss.

If you really love your family members and you want the best for them, DO NOT go with these people.

This business these people should be shut down. Not only did they not deliver on promises to look after everything for my brother's day but they made it very very difficult for our family to mourn. They did not look after my brother from day 1. If I could put zero stars I would. Our hearts were already broken with the loss of our brother. They made it worse!!!!

I don’t know where to begin with the great service we received from Naomi and the team. From the moment I made the phone call our mother passed away,I was lost and heartbroken but at the same time did not know the first thing to do . The moment I called Naomi she came to my house and we discussed mums funeral . She was very helpful from the beginning of Mums passing till we laid her to rest . She informed me of everything before going ahead , she made sure we understood everything leading up to mums day , she took us to chose mums plot and when we asked if mum could get another area due to the narrow space she made that happen. The follow up phone calls with mums doctors , the checking in with me with every decision that had to be made . I can not say THANK YOU enough. Mums day was so beautiful and you looked after mum so well while she was in your care . On behalf of dad, I want to congratulate you on looking after the pacific community with your outstanding service. Thank you for making sure everything was taken care of for mum. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you wish to farewell your Family member in a loving dignified way. Save yourself the heartache and pain my Friends Family went through. As a guest I was horrified at the lack of respect these people had towards the Family of a Kind Hearted Friend that passed. The heartless requests they made over and over again to the Family prior to His funeral. The lack of consideration to Family and Friends when the wrong hurst turned up twice to the house. I understand the need to support your culture but do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Hands down, the WORST funeral wannabe directors I have ever come across !!!Do not attempt to do business with these people they are crooks to the core !!!!

I tuned in to a live streaming of a service for the late Folau and was surprised at how his coffin looked. I never seen anything like it and after hearing how they treated him and his family. I only hope no one ever has to go through what they did.

Bunch of unprofessional money hungry flops this company should be shut down they have no right to be in this game absolute atrocious service!!!!!!!
