Wow the customer service from Taylor at Vintage Times is more than above and beyond!I purchased a gorgeous piece of jewellery online yesterday and Taylor was very kind and actually dropped it off personally to me at home the same evening! I am so thankful for Taylor’s thoughtfulness to go out of his way to personally deliver my ring to me and also research where the piece came from to satisfy my curiosity!I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful and unique piece of jewellery to visit Vintage Times in person or online for a wonderful experience and you will come away with a special gift for yourself or someone special.Thanks again Taylor!

I'm a bloke. Therefore, I left ring shopping far too late. Foolishly thinking getting a men's wedding band was as easy as walking in and walking out of a store. I eventually came to Vintage Times around 1 week before the wedding in a panic. They pulled a miracle for me, rushed an order and had a ring to me on my wedding day. Maybe don't do what I did and put this to the test, but buy from them all the same!

I can’t say enough good things about Tammy.My fiancé chose the most beautiful engagement ring there and told me how patient Tammy was in helping him find the perfect ring.I went to Tammy to have it resized and she was so lovely and made me feel at ease right away.And I can’t not mention her adorable dog Jasper that made the experience extra enjoyable with all of his cuteness and cuddles.When we had to choose wedding bands my fiancé was very sick and in hospital at the time and Tammy went out of her way to come to us in the hospital which meant so much to the both of us.She has an amazing collection and made sure we were happy with our choices but more importantly she has such a big heart and wanted to make the experience special regardless of our situation.She also had a beautiful pendant made for me from the cutting of my husband’s wedding band so I wouldn’t have to lose a piece of it along with his birthstone in it.It was the most thoughtful and beautiful surprise and something I will remember and treasure forever.I’m so glad that we found beautiful rings from such a beautiful person. I can’t recommend Tammy enough.

Getting an engagement ring is a pretty daunting task as a newbie. Taylor made it so that it was easy and simple. He was never pushy or judgmental on what I was looking for. Instead, he was very supportive and helped guide me towards the right questions I needed to answer.
