My father and I eat lunch here every Friday and the food and service is always great. The manager is a real live wire and makes us feel very welcome. He has redecorated a lot of the club recently to bring it into the 21st century. The staff are attentive and very friendlyThe food is always good. portion sizes are just right for lunch and very well priced - much better than local pubs. Beers are cheap too! It's relatively quiet as its Burnie's best kept secret - anyone can go there but a lot of people think you have to be an old soldier to get in.The secret must have got out as there are more people there each Friday.

Food quality only sore point. Seems like everything is overcooked or deep fried. Maybe look into the equipment you use and adjust some settings /do a deep PM clean on it.Great service

Great people, fantastic food and a friendly atmosphere. Food is priced fairly well compared to other establishments in the area, so it is my go to place for a feed. Great hub also for minor community clubs too.

Spacious, great smoking area, they do meals, another one of those Havens in life, no elevator though, if you don't have a car, you'll have to climb the stairs like me, not fun.
