Jewels 4 pools

Pool was committed to be finished with no timeline of workload considered. Hence it blew over months and covid was inevitably blamed. Repairs were carried out to sub par fininish and the owner claimed best we can do " and my pool builders to their credit weared the costs along with me as they were not going to back their faults. I strongly recommend you stay away from this outfit as I'm now tiling to cover the patchwork quilt repairs ."

Had my interior done by another company using jewels 4 pools product, bad quality and service. It hasn't been over a year and the pool keeps producing calcium spots all over the pool. No follow-up nor helpful, have spent thousands on acid washing and having alot of service done to fix the problem and still the pool looks dieased***WHAT EVER YOU INSIST IN YOUR COMMENT TO MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE YOU WERE HELPFUL*** THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CHEMISTRY ITS A RENOVATED POOL NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PREVIOUS PEBBLE CRETE FROM OTHER SUPPLIERS. ACID WASHING ISN'T ROCK SCIENCE, DON'T TRY SELL PRODUCTS AND TELL CUSTOMERS YOU'RE THE FIRST IN AUSTRALIA BLA BLA BLA AND TURNS OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE

Fantastic quality product & service

We are so pleased with our choice of Jewels for Pools to provide the finish for our new pool. Right from the start, when we engaged them for a consultation, they took us through our options and advised us on how best to ensure the perfect result. We chose the 'Ultra' finish and, my goodness, we're glad we did. So beautiful (we went for a custom colour mix) and so smooth under foot. The service and quality of work was just as one would hope all renovation projects could be. Special thanks to Jeff for his collaboration with the pool builders in the final stages of the build, and for checking in afterward to ensure we were satisfied. Can't recommend these guys enough. Who better to ask than a company that does the application - we have been using the product for quite a few years - we love it that much that we put it in our pool when we renovated over three years ago and it still looks as great when initially done

We had Jewels for Pools supply our pool resurfacing project (we previously had pebblecrete) I couldn't be happier with the product. It looks great! the colour is fabulous and is smooth underfoot. The water has warmed in my pool another 2 degrees since installation and as a result have not bothered to put in a pool heater as I don't see the point now. I aways get comments on my pool. It looks so classy and after looking at other products, we were recommended this one by someone in the know and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I recommend this product to anyone thinking of installing a new pool or renovating an old one.

We recently renovated our pool with a Jewels 4 Pools interior, custom colour, looks amazing so smooth no more bleeding toes from our old pebblecrete pool. Crystal and Jeff were easy to deal with would recommend this product to everyone.
