What is the point of putting in an order well ahead of time, get notified that the order is ready. You arrive for pick up, only to be told it hasn't been made yet. It's not like the restaurant is jam packed with customers. Pick up your game. Extremely poor service.

I am obsessed with a soft subway cookie or 2. Whenever my husband is getting a chicken teriyaki sub he always picks some up for me and they never fail to hit the spot, yum!

Service has always been average on this store but today it was simply closed during opening hours.Their lights and opening sign were on but doors were shut.

Exceptional service & perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions / allergies - staff a very accomodating to allergies and willing to take steps to prevent any cross-contamination, A+ for processes.On top of that, very kind and friendly staff always happy for a chat - even shortly after an earthquake!

Honestly, I drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this Subway because the service is impeccable. I also don’t know what it is but these cookies are so much better than the standard ones I get from other shopping centre Subways. I love supporting family-owned businesses and this one is no exception. Thank you for all the subs and cookies guys, see you again soon!
