I got an Ali Batten garage door put in. I was finding it hard with other companies to get the exact look I wanted so it matches all my screens and gates, West Coast Garage Doors where the only company that made the effort to achieve what I wanted with the restrictions of the available products.And it came out looking great, and cost less than the competitors. Would use them again.

Disgraceful customer service so far after 14 weeks, excuse after excuse yet still no garage door that was initially quoted a 5 week turn around.We had no contact from the Company for 7 weeks, giving them initially the benefit of the doubt. When we started calling, wouldn’t return our calls. When we finally got contact, they would always tell us they were chasing it up with the manufacturer but still never get back to us. We were always calling them and their standard excuse was the manufacturer hasn’t got back to them.At 10 weeks we were told to stop calling because the industry standard was 16 weeks and apparently would have never told us 5 weeks.More weeks go by and we call again to be told they’d scheduled a date (but hadn’t actually called us to tell us) but it comes as no surprise at 8.50am on that scheduled date we get a phone call the installer is sick. Whilst I understand illness, it’s a bit rough to be told that morning (when they said he’d been sick for days). Not even a courtesy call the day prior there was a chance it would be cancelled. We are still waiting.

Excellent company to use. We replaced our old door with a new custom design and the team at West Coast Garage Doors were enthusiastic and professional in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. We received sensible advice, a smooth ordering process and a quality install by a true craftsman. Thanks Terry, Ian and Werner - the finished product looks great, the service from start to finish has been exemplary, and all within budget. I would definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the colour and design choice of our new garage door. No question was too hard for Ian, who always came back with a quick and clear answer. Very happy with the installation by Werner and the after service by Ian.

A bit disappointed with the after sales service particularly as full payment is required prior to installation. The installed roller door had a scratch in the middle of the door and the installer didn't have any touch-up paint. The lock was also not square and could not be adjusted. The installer said he would report both problems but three weeks on I am still waiting for some sort of fix. Maybe half payment after installation may have prompted a more urgent rectification of the problems.
