The service is open till late which is grate especially on the weekend.Stuff is very helpful and it's a good cosmetic product for discount prices

Could anyone please tell me where do they hire people from?! There’s a heavy weight lady at the cashier who doesn’t know how to treat human beings. You don’t want to come to a pharmacy (or any shop) to be disrespected and insulted. Her behaviour last weekend was appalling to any people with some manners. She should stay at the back if she hates her job and people. I will never go back to this pharmacy. It’s a shame!

Good old fashioned personalised service. I care for an older friend who often asks me to collect their medication, the staff are friendly and super helpful. It’s not a big shop but it’s really well set up to make it accessible and there are chairs to rest if needed.Prices are reasonable too.Thank you so much.

Absolutely disgusting service by a woman at the cashier. She has a bad attitude and I know know why I’ve heard so many people have been treated badly and felt discriminated. Because of her. I used to love this pharmacy now I’ll never go back again. I live on Victoria avenue and work nearby, it’s such a shame we have people like this woman working in our community.

Literally the best pharmacy in Port Phillip council. I recently moved away from the area and tried 3 different pharmacies in the new area and they were all terrible. I now drive back here monthly, because they give great service, even better advice and treat people really well. The pharmacists are all very hands on, they talk to you directly to you and are really kind and helpful. Also I found CW were doing my medication cheaper, I felt bad, but told them as I'd rather support them and they matched it.

Visited Melbourne from interstate and needed some quick help on the go. I regret walking into this pharmacy it ruined my trip, I never thought I’d get such horrifying service from a small pharmacy business. The woman behind the counter, middle aged with light hair, was totally embarrassing. Sad, angry and looked very upset to be at her job. I was discriminated by this woman for no reason, and the other staff didn’t seem to care either. Never again.

I had an awful experience at Cravens today. I went in to pick up some meds and was treated very badly by Nicky, the cashier/server at the counter. Granted, it was busy and my prescription was a bit more complicated due to a previous mix up, but she was rude, dismissive, unhelpful and made me feel like I was such a burden. She wouldn’t let me explain my situation and argued with me about some of the details.I said I would talk to the pharmacist instead who fortunately did take the time to read the notes on my file and sort out the situation.It was upsetting as people who attend a pharmacy generally are unwell or need assistance with a sensitive issue/medication. This requires compassion and patience, not the terrible customer service that I experienced today.That was definitely my last visit.

The pharmacists take the time to explain things and make sure you're taking the correct medication properly. A really nice line of retail products too.

Really impressed with the service and knowledge of staff here. They have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially around pregnancy and postpartum issues.

There's a female pharmacist there with a strong accent that has no customer service whatsoever... and seems very defensive. Should not be dealing with customers
