Infinity Hair

This review is not to talk down on the staff, but to let others beware of the quality of the work produced here. I showed a reference picture (aware that the result is not always identical) However, what I was left with was extremely disappointing. I had patchy, orange-yellow bits all over, most of the back of my head and complete under layers of my head were still brown (I had asked for a balayage). They even took a before picture and didn’t take an after picture which I think says it all, they let me leave knowing that they had not done a job worth sharing. This was a huge deal for me as I had been growing my hair out for years to donate, and to make such a big change and have it turn out so horribly left me feeling embarrassed to go out without something to cover it. A different stylist from Infinity Hair I spoke to on the phone offered to fix it which was appreciated, but unfortunately as I was leaving the country the very next day it was not very helpful to me. So overall the staff were friendly but for over $300 you expect to leave feeling happy with your hair. Pictured below is my hair only 4 DAYS after having it done at Infinity Hair.

I had an amazing experience. Tanya understood exactly what I wanted and really helped to achieve my hair cut goal and brought life back to my hair. My 2 previous salon experiences elsewhere were terrible so coming to Infinity Hair I was nervous but left feeling confident. Will definitely be coming back.

Every experience at Infinity Hair is better than the last. The staff are all gorgeous, kind and unpretentious - a rarity in Brisbane salons. They treat every client like an old friend and this makes an enormous difference with how comfortable you feel entrusting them with your hair. No request feels like a hassle, and no question too silly. This fabulous group of women are the only ones I wholeheartedly trust with my locks and I shan’t attend any other salon as long as they’re in business.

Best in the biz!! I have been getting my hair done by the girls for almost a decade now, whether its a freshen up or total change - each time I am super happy. I regularly get asked where I get my hair done and am always delighted to recommend the girls at Infinity. Anyone who I’ve recommended have become regular clients.Their massages are mint too.I am mostly looked after by Mon for colour and Perri for cut. :)

I had a haircut there after a recommendation from sister and it was awesome. Lily was so lovely and really listened to what I was after. The haircut was great, the banter from all the staff was hilarious and it was just a super chilled environment to be in. Extra points for the mini-massage and soother oil at the beginning of the appointment!!

The overall customer service was great.However, I came in wanting a silver and came out with a really patchy blue. They offered to fix it and I did indeed walk out with silver (to be honest more of a blonde) but it is very uneven, the ends are very brassy and the area in between my natural hair and the bleached hair is brassy too and not blended. i also have this piece at the back of my head that is super short.. definitely breakage as a result of having to fix my hair.they don’t offer refunds at all. i expected to get a partial refund but unfortunately didn’t get a reply to my email.i am very thankful someone came in to fix my hair on a public holiday but i had high expectations from such a reputable salon.

I highly recommend Infinity Hair. After moving to Brisbane I really struggled to find a “good blonde” hairdresser, until I found Monique and the ladies at Infinity Hair. Getting my hair done isn’t a chore anymore as they perform a beautiful welcome massage as soon as I sit down in the chair. The experience feels more like being at a spa rather than a hair salon. They put a warm towel across my eyes whilst at the basin having all their lotions and potions soak in which is such a nice and thoughtful gesture. I love how they ask me each time how I’m feeling about my hair rather than just presuming I want the same again. I also love the convenience of their online booking system and parking out the back. I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to my appointments at Infinity Hair. After all the lovely “extra touches” they perform, at the end of my appointment I’m always really happy with how my hair colour and cut looks and feels. Thank you to their team of highly trained professionals.

I have been visiting Infinity Hair for many years and always leave the salon exceptionally happy. The salon is beautifully presented, all the staff are welcoming and friendly and I wouldn’t trust another salon with my hair. I have had many different colours and styles over the years and they have always been able to perfect exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you Infinity Hair for always making me feel like a million bucks when I leave your salon. If you are based in Brisbane, I cannot recommend this salon enough!
