My house mates and I spent 2 weeks attempting to reach deep into the engine bay of my Mazda Tribute to undo the hydraulic steering hose before we could look at replacing it. Eventually we conceded defeat, and took the car to Ultratune like I should had done in the first place. And I got a good vibe that the manager John, was friendly and confident to do the job. And get a new hose made up. Then to my great surprise John gave me a call back before lunch time, to tell me the ‘car’s ready to be picked up’!

I had a problem with my Car and so I took it to John Ultra Tune Bentley and they did an amazing job. My Car was fixed and it's still working very well. John and his team are the best. I highly recommend Ultra Tune Bentley. These guys are the best and their customer service is excellent. Thank you John for fixing my Car.

Just had my honda civic serviced. John provided a great breakdown on the service costs (made me realise that my previous mechanic was using the wrong engine oil), would definitely be here for my future services :)

Called Ultra Tune Bentley today after having my car serviced at another dealership yesterday - who quoted me numerous items I should have replaced at my next service. Having no trust in this well known servicing centre due to past experiences - I called my local Ultra Tune for a second opinion.I was greeted over the phone from John, who took time out of his day to provide me with great advise & honest feedback. Based on the service I received over the phone, I have no hesitations in taking my car into Ultra Tune Bentley for my future services.Thank you John, I will be in touch.

John runs the show. He is transparent about costs & provides plenty of info regarding the job a car needs done. He answers questions & is very knowledgeable. Repairs & services come with complimentary 12 month road side assistance, even if the service/ repair is minor. I've been going to this ultra tune for 3 years now - highly recommend!

I booked my car in to the workshop, and arrived as they were opening, the staff were very pleasant. The manager gave me their loan car, and I was off to work for the day. I had a call during the day telling me that they found a part faulty and asked if I wanted it changed. When I returned at the agreed time, my car was serviced and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. I am now recommending Ultra Tune Bentley to all my friends. Great service.

I organised for a car I was looking at buying to have a Pre-purchase inspection complete by these guys. John was so accommodating and managed to book the car in for the next day where other places were booked out for weeks. He kept me in the loop the whole time, called me when he received the car and once he viewed it to explain his findings clearly to me and then provided a full comprehensive report on the same day. John was so lovely and so helpful. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
