Specialist Imaging for Women

I came in for a procedure that I was slightly nervous about. The staff there were extremely wonderful, professional and they had amazing teamwork. The doctor and sonographer were so reassuring throughout the whole procedure , explained the process and encouraged me to ask questions I had. My experience there have been amazing and I would love to visit them again.

I had scans here for both of my pregnancies and they are WONDERFUL! From my first initial phone call to book in my dating scan to my last scans of the pregnancies they were so friendly and professional.The reception staff are super friendly and accommodating and the sonographers that did my scans seem to be very experienced and professional and the doctors are just lovely.Highly recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant and the images were AMAZING! I got such great photos. :)

I highly recommend this place. The receptionists were lovely to deal with from the moment I booked my scan to the moment I left. Anna and Jackie were gentle and kind with me.

Do not recommend going here, id give 0 stars if possible. Had my dating scan here, lady was pretty cold and not telling us much, she asked a Dr to check results and they were whispering abit then said my babies heart rate was low but not to be worried at all and come back at 10 weeks (I was 6 weeks at the scan). This was last Monday. Over the weekend I had some mild bleeding my doctor faxed them an urgent referral, they left me on hold for ages and then a lady comes on and starts stressing me out, confusing me and basically telling me I should go to emergency not there, it's my first pregnancy and I'm just following my GPs instructions, i hung up and cried as i was so overwhelmed. I call the hospital and they basically say well only if your heavy bleeding and your going to be waiting awhile. Then I think well I dont want to clog up emergency it's probably nothing anyway. So today I went to Western imaging for woman who I actually do recommend 100%! They were easy on the phone told me to come in the next morning unless i had a big bleed then head to ED. as I told him my babies heart rate was 70bpm at 6 weeks he said oh. They should of booked u in for a scan in 7 days, and told u to prepare for the worst as he has only had one patient have a baby survive that. So I sat there and discovered my baby no longer has a heart beat and I've had a missed miscarriage. So basically thanks for being useless at your jobs, not giving me the correct information about my babies heart beat, not even given me a scan of my baby at 6 weeks that I'll never get back, and being rude and nasty on the phone. Only come here if your wanting to be lied to and given false information. Obviously they just didn't want to deal with a miscarriage. Disgusting.

Very compassionate staff. I was extremely anxious about my procedure, really stressed out but the doctor and radiographer were very supportive and amazing!

I couldn’t fault this place honestly. It’s gorgeous inside. The receptionist were really kind both on the phone and in person. The ultrasound specialist and doctor were very professional and kind, they also gave me a bunch of information and I was able to see what was happening. Recommend!

I've been to other places, and no one has the level of service and comfort that I found here. They are absolutely lovely, personable and the place is immaculately clean, bright and we'll presented. The quality of the scan and the training, and attention of the sonographers was excellent. Sending pictures directly to my phone to share with family straight away was such a nice touch.We went during the pandemic, and protocols were followed for our safety, but did not feel intrusive or overly clinical, because the staff were so gentle and comforting.I have now been here three times for scans and every time I have been thoroughly pleased with the quality and service.

I have been elsewhere since and had more scans done , your letter did not support me very well at all , my bowel are stuck to my pelvis and overies are stuck to my pelvis I'm in so much pain everyday now i have poplys in my gallbladder , when the sending nurse came in to explain she had little sympathy what so ever . I do have endometriosis which often doctors think your over reacting. I just want to get better so i paid $400 and still very sick cause the letter was stated wrong and did not help me very much at all !

Went in for our 12 week scan today and Brady was our sonographer. She was very thorough, guided us through every step of the scan and was very reassuring. She sent photos to my phone even before we left the place!Brady - thank you! You are an absolute gem!

I was really anxious & worried before my appointment.I had a lovely, bright & positive sonographer (Theresa) who made me feel much more at ease.Also Dr Kate Stone was lovely & informative.Thank you to the clinic ❤️
