I wanted to make a shout out to the awesome guys at Godfreys for their great service. I bought in a vacuum cleaner that I didn’t buy from Godfreys but was hoping they could help me fix a problem I had with it. They were more then happy to help and ended up fixing my vacuum for me! I am super grateful to them as they didn’t need to do that but took time out of their day to help me. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he mentioned he is an engineer. Thank you so much!!

Would not recommend coming here, staff was extremely rude muttering under their breath and sighing in front of our faces while in store. Extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Not to mention we purchased a brand new Vacuum that broke down after less than a month and have had to chase customer services up for months with no resolution still. Customer service team is just as bad to deal with. Do not recommend company or store to anyone.

I am from Sydney and due to lockdown I called the Sydney local number to see if I can buy a vacuum online and get it delivered. The person I spoke to was not helpful and not willing to negotiate a price match, but luckily I have friends in high places and they directed me toGODFREYS PRAHRAN -GUY and team :-)The guys were so incredibly helpful on my purchase of the Wertheim Stick vacuum. They were so professional, friendly and the sale was effortless. They even included free delivery to my door due to our lockdown circumstance. I am so happy with my purchase, the Wertheim vacuum is light and easy to use and has powerful suction, I highly recommend this product :-)

Not only were they extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the right vacuum cleaner (at a great price!), they also helped me to get the vacuum cleaner home.This is customer service that goes above and beyond what you would typically receive - and worth going back for. I asked for a vacuum that would be great for pet hair. I was offered a vacuum that didn't do what I asked for. I tried to return the item in pristine condition, and was only offered an exchange for something that was more expensive because the product that I purchased was best for the budget I was willing to spend" which was told to me by Peter

The staff were super friendly when i recently purchased my Tineco S3 which I am super impressed with. They definitely go above and beyond and provide so much knowledge about the products, and give the most amazing demonstrations. Looking forward to my next purchase.

We needed a new vacuum and were pretty sure we wanted a corded upright. After seeing and trying out a couple of the amazing vacuum cleaners in the store, I was very tempted to purchase something that really didn’t make sense since we will only be in Australia another two years. There was no pressure whatsoever from the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In the end, I got my corded upright and am amazed at how well it works!Thank you, Godfrey’s Prahran!

Godfrey's have one job - to sell a vacuums. We bought one that didn't work, no suction, inconvenient to use and stopped after a week. We tried to take it back, they wouldn't give us a refund, so we bought new filters, spent more money, and the issue continued as soon as we were home. We couldn't get a refund or exchange before trying to fix it and they made it so unbelievably hard that we are over it and gave up. We rang up twice and just want a vacuum that works. The customer service here is just flat disappointing.
