Lovely staff who are always ready to help and offer help. Wide range of products in the store with ample parking space. There is also a seperate section outside the store where the staff will help with the car seat installation demonstration and would help fixing your car seat.

My husband & I have frequently visited this store & had so much fun doing the baby gift registry for my baby shower. Last weekend we met with Gai who went through some selections of ours & put our mind at ease & reassured us that we have picked really good choices, being our first baby we had no idea what we needed! Gai was so lovely & helpful. I highly recommend!

Me and my wife went to this shop couple weeks ago and we got the best customer service from Jess.We need more people like her in retail industry,she is very approachable,knowledgeable and patience to the customers.She gave us a helpful tips since we are first time parent.

I was in a real hurry. I needed a car seat ASAP due to my car breaking down and the replacement one not having a car seat. This shop is the closest, that sells car seats, on my commute to pick up my child (I didn't have time to make it to a Kmart).I quickly walked in, found the seat(by myself) and walked quickly to the counter. She scanned the seat and then asked for my phone number. I didn't want to give it, but I thought it would be quicker, so I gave it. A bit more typing, and I get asked for my email address... At this point, I politely ask if I can not sign up for anything and just buy the seat as I'm in a real hurry... Stunning the answer was no... I had to give away my privacy and waste my time on this company in order to buy something. It's not on frankly, I should have a choice. I feel quite strongly about this as I've just had to replace my ID'S after the Optus hack (Yes, my choice is to leave the store empty-handed... but this whole interaction felt wrong. They sell baby stuff... It's not a bank application...

We would like to thank Jelena so much. Usually we go to Chatswood or Belrose shops because there are closer to us. However, we have ended yesterday 25/02/23 on Blacktown Store and Jelena was so helpful, kind and confident with her service, knowledge and experience. My husband and I have a lot of questions even though we could not buy the items in the storage that day she provided an amazing service. She answered all our questions and help to check if our car seat was adequate for our baby because we commented she was crying a lot on the way to the store... if we could gave 10 starts to her we will be happy to gave it to her. Thank you.

Recently got 3 car seats installed into my very small car. Nafela and Mya were superstars in recommending appropriate seats, answering all my questions and installing all seats in record time - thank you ladies!

Always had rude employees here. Mostly stopped going there as I can get the things online without getting an attitude from the checkout girls.It supposed to be a happy place, people going there with an unborn baby with lots of emotions, specially the moms are. They really need to train the employees better. have a better attitude towards all customers.

If I had a choice I would give 5+ stars for an amazing experience I had at the Blacktown Baby Bunting not once, but twice.Becoming a parent for the first time our first visit to the store was overwhelming to say the least. But then the team at Blacktown is full of these amazing ladies who would help you with all your queries and clarify your concerns.A special mention and thanks to Jelena who we were lucky to be served both the times. She has an amazing knowledge on most of the products especially the Pram/Stroller. She gave us the demo for couple of prams both times and helped us make the decision.Entire staff here is happy to spend time with customers explaining them which product might suit them the best without ever coming across as pushy.Amanda the 2IC on the floor also was a very friendly lady. Never has my retail experience been this good.Also a shoutout to Elise who is in the kids car seat fixing department. Her work is very thorough and very detailed.Thanks guys, keep up the good work. All in all an excellent experience so far.

Always had fantastic experience whether shopping here or the 2x times I've taken my car in for child seat installation. Staff are quite attentive and helpful. Special call out to the car seat installer, she is very knowledgeable and does a perfect job eveytime!

I love their price match with 5% extra discount. Staff are friendly and willing to help especially to first time parents. They also have wide variety of baby products and styles that suits your needs and budget. Their layby is also good if you want to purchase multiple items that would cost lots of money and it is allowable to pay for 3 months.
