Magical Ovens
Very poor customer service. Sent message asking for a quote and time to have oven cleaned. Revived an automated response saying they’d be in touch soon. Over a week later and no further response. Saw one of their adds up again and simply commented “have sent a pm for oven clean could you please respond”. This simple polite reminder resulted in being banned and blocked from their Facebook page and any messenger services. Totally unprofessional.
