Rang to book in a dyno tune, mechanic was not available to speak with me but was assured he would call me back as this would be the first time on dyno since engine was swapped in to my car so had a couple of questions regarding what they needed from me, after not hearing from them I rang again the following day he was still not available to talk. Booked a date and time anyway thinking surely I’ll hear something.Rang again the day before I was due to head down as I hadn’t heard back from anyone but the staff at the front desk and didn’t feel like driving 2 hours there only to turn back home and waste an unpaid leave day. was told he wasn’t around again and that there’s no booking for my car whatsoever and they had no recollection of me or my car despite confirming it twice the week before. Don’t waste your time and ignore the glowing reviews from all the mates doing them a favour
