Our Business updated to a new phone system. BusinessICT did not advise us they would have to disconnect our lines which they did without warning.Our business has been without a phone for a week. A couple of the Customer Service Staff have been helpful but the way the change over happened was extremely frustrating. Terrible technical support

Have given one star only because the posting proforma demands it to continue would have given nothing if I couldHave had nothing but poor to extremely poor service since the system was placed in our business.Having to pay for a system that was not activated for 3 months after delivery has left a very bad taste in our mouth.Being promised products and then not receiving bad show.Having usage problems being told that they will fix it and call us back and never hearing from them again.We must honour the contract but as soon as it is up we will be changing.Would not recommend Business ICT to anyone if asked.
