Rang on a Monday to book someone to come out to quote for several heat pumps. They told me that it should be in the next day or two (which seemed pretty good), they would call to confirm. Never heard from them again.

Many thanks to Rod and Ben for their amazing service! Rang them Friday morning when my very old heat pump died. First thing Monday morning I had a new Daikin put in and could not be happier, my whole house is actually warm and cosy for the first time since i moved in five years ago. Best purchase ever! Plus the professional and courteous service i received makes for an easy 5 star review. Thanks Dan!

I selected this company based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were able to service heat pump in a very timely manner - the technician Andrew called before he got there arrived on time. He explained the process and got on with it, cleaned up after himself and provided some advice on ongoing useReasonably priced - would recommend

Quick response, great service.Rang them on a Saturday and they were here first thing Monday morning, they had to order a fan motor from Sydney.After fitting the fan motor the heat pump wasn't hot enough so they had to order 4 sensors, which were again fitted as soon as they arrived and fitted in the pouring rain.We were very impressed by working in the rain.Would highly recommend Northern Air Tech, great workmanship and fantastic service considering it was during covid lock down in Sydney to obtain parts.
