I dealt with Rebecca Voice at Kangaroo Storage and she provided AAA+++ Service. She replied promptly to all my many questions, provided detailed information and even photo's to give me an idea on whether the storage would suit my needs. Recommend Kangaroo Storage highly and ask for Rebecca as she excels in Customer Service.

This place has become very expensive since it changed from Kangaroo to Storage King. My small upstairs unit has had 2 increases in 14 months for at total if 27% and everyone thinks 7% inflation is bad!. I am long term renter here but will be moving as soon as I find another facility closer to home.

Bought the locker on ibid storage I liked the size so I rented it for 1 year paid in full

We had a smooth transition into our unit and never ever had any issues.I would like to thank Kangaroo Storage for there assistance in time of need and will definitely use then again in future should their be a need. Was great under former management , since it changed to storage king my tiny little storage room about 1.5 x 1.5 metres went up from $60 a month to $ 100 a month that's 68% jump in one go not over time. what a bloody rip off , it's not even in a good area I have to double handle all my stuff up a lift. Will move as soon as I can.

Nichola and Louisa were extremely helpful with getting me storage on a gory timeline. I am out of town and they supplied me with a lock and let me know that all was safe and sound after the removalists were finished. They were prompt and helpful and super nice.

Since Storage King have taken over management of this facility prices for my 1.5m x 1.5m unit have increased by 122% in six months. The first price increase in June approximately 45% and the second price increase announced this month was 53%. This is for a unit on the second floor with more limited accessibility. In both cases only one month’s notice was given.Whilst both increases are within the bounds of the contract they are exceptionally large increases to absorb with little notice. Keep this in mind if you intend to store for longer periods of time as you are essentially at the mercy of their price increases.

today i gave Lisa the run around... you know those days that one minute you desperately need something and then you don't?! it spite of all the work she put into finding space, drawing up contract and speaking on the phone.... she was amazing when i then discovered i would not need the extra storage.Kangaroo goes beyond client service in every way. So glad that I choose them to store my STUFF and precious memories! over the last few yearsLisa has always been a professional and friendly soul at the other end of the phone or in person.
