I had a dinner there during Easter term break, the sashimi n sushi are quite dry and not fresh enough, and the pork ramen is so so, when I was chewing the pork, it’s a bit hard. The price of the above items is above average, the quality is not worth for that marked price.

Awesome and delicious new Japanese restaurant in Hornsby. 10/10 would recommend the chicken karaage ramen and grilled salmon avo sushi roll.

What a lovely place. The staff are friendly. I've had sushi rolls here previously, which were nice,Last week I had the teriyaki chicken Don- eat in and the flavour was delicious. I think I paid around $17. At first i thought it was a little pricey, but then again everything is pricey everywhere. The serving was generous though, I took half of it home and got two meals out of it, so we'll worth what I paid. Even when i reheated the food,it was just as good as freshly made, it didn't dry out and the flavour was yummy. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu the next time I'm at hornsby.

What a gem in Hornsby! This Japanese restaurant is located just opposite the train station. The shop used to be Sanbao (for the locals who are familiar), now under new Japanese owners. Teriyaki chicken ramen 5/5 with good amount of ingredients, California rolls 5/5 fantastic flavour and plenty of fish roe on top, sashimi 5/5 really fresh, cooked tuna roll 5/5 my 4yo loves it and eats it all. Definitely returning for more ramen and sushi. You must give this a go if you are at the area.

4 of us had late lunch at Sushi Bon after a short hike. The service was prompt and friendly.I ordered lunch special bento with karaage chicken. It came with 2 pieces of sashimi salmon, which tasted fresh. The fried chicken was also also great. The miso soup was slightly too salty to my taste. Overall a nice lunch at good value for money.

Delicious chicken don and teriyaki ramen. Well priced and great service. Very convenient located next to a Hornsby Station. Will be coming back here again!
