Hot day and long trip ahead, so needed something cold cold cold. The slushies at KFC are one of my favourites. They aren’t too sweet and the sizes are perfect. I use my own straw however.The wrap was nicely warm with not too much mayo and plenty of crispy chicken. The hot chips were as always - fabulous.Nice store in Thornbury. Good parking. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Thank you to the staff who did a great job during a busy period.

There's just one dude in there that's pulling the rest of the team down in there with his attitude towards them and the customers. If your not going to get rid of him keep him off the speaker box so far I know he works Fridays and Mondays. Good chips but not enough. Venue could do with a couple of weeks of district manager supervision.

The food was hot in fact a lot hotter then ive gotten at the nearby coburg store . The service was good and the staff were polite id eat there again .

Not a bad KFC but it definitely has its moments, the toilets are pretty disgusting most of the time and the staff are typical kids so you can't expect them to do a good job all the time, if you did have a issue with one of the workers you wouldn't even be able to get there name as I've noticed the boys and girls like to swap name tags for laughs..For example every girl will be wearing boys names and the boys wearing girls. This doesn't bother me but, it kinda defeats the purpose of even having them in the first place.

Ordered from this store on uber eats, instead of one of my 5 piece original tenders I received a can of Pepsi and small chips which I had not ordered. All intermixed and taped together so it definitely was no fault to the driver, in a dispense style outlet like fast food, one can and should expect it to be dispensed correctly. Very annoying.
