These guys are great. The time and effort taken to assist me with the right belt for my mower was incredibly helpful. They were polite, very hospitable and happy. Highly recommend them.

I organized to drop my Honda mower in for service 2.5 weeks prior to ensure it was booked in. Agreed for a drop off on Saturday 25/2/23 and pick up the following Saturday 4/3/23. I was advised 1 week was all that was needed for a basic service. The sign in the shop also stipulates 1 week turnaround for the workshop. I had not received any contact from the workshop advising its agreed completion on 4/3/23. However, I received a call on 8/3/23 asking if I had dropped my mower in. I course I have; I even paid the required $30 deposit. I started getting concerned with the credibility after this call. At the time of drop off, I stipulated I did not want the blades changed as I had looked at them the day prior to drop off and they were fine with plenty of service life left. On collection, the blades were changed without my consent which I was not happy with. I was given the blades for free, but they look cheap and not of great quality. I will change back to genuine Honda blades, a cost that was not needed.I would rather drive to Capalaba (2hr round trip) where I bought the mower from. With less than ideal service and poor communication, I won’t be back.

What a absolute joke of a shop. No customer communications, staff dont answer phones staff dont call you back on eta of your machine staff dont even care. Bought a masport lawnmower a year ago , it broke down 2xs its still in warranty. Was away for 11 weeks. They had the ordasity to charge me another $200. Said its our fault. This shop & its staff are a joke. No customer service at all. Will be goning to consumer affairs & Acc. NOT HAPPY.

Service is terrible to say the least. Waited 2 months for parts. I called several times but either nobody answered or had no clue where the parts where. They are happy to take your money just not so keen on ever giving you your parts. I recommend going to any other stihl dealership in Queensland. Facebook marketplace is more professional than this store.

Went there today to get a commercial Brush Cutter, the young girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and pleasant and helped me making my purchase. Nice to see the great customer service with a lovely smile. Big thumbs up for coming with a full tank of fuel.

The customer service is great Stihl products are generally good. This said, I purchased a battery operated mower in 2019. Obviously speaking, I purchased a battery to go hand in hand; an AP300. At the time of sale, I was told that these batteries can last upwards of ten years, not that I would expect that. I think five would be reasonable. The battery died in just over two years, out of warranty by the smallest of margins. The batteries have no means of being repaired and are essentially a brick when they go. I wasn't offered a discount on a new battery, nor a replacement (again, not that I would expect a full replacement). It cost $244. I ran said battery in tandem with an AP300S over this time and I would estimate I got less than 50 mows out of the battery, around $5 per use!Be careful before the purchase of Stihl battery operated products. I now have a mower skin and its debatable whether I discard it and go back to petrol operated or buy another battery. It certainly wouldn't be cost effective buying another battery and getting only another 2.5 years of use.To the Morayfield Stihl team, this review isn't upon you, it's upon the product.Buyer beware and acknowledge the risk of a potential lemon.

I have bought a whipper snipper and blower from morayfield,the customer service has been exceptional,especially around the line with the whipper snipper they ensured I knew how to change it and fed it out and took there time with me and did this at least on 3 seperate times but was educating me instead of making me feel small.A very grateful customer
