Comfort Inn Drouin

As soon as you walked into the room it stunk of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Found a cigarette under the bedside table and then moved it to plug in charger and there was so much dust and ash behind there so don't know how knows long it's been unvacuumed for. Pulled back the covers to find hair in the bed, so the linen was unchanged and unwashed!!, There was still makeup on the pillows. No milk and dishes were all dirty with food still on them. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. The toilet seat didn't stay up when my husband needed to use it. I just don't know how they can charge people knowing it is kept this way. I'll be telling everyone i know not to stay there as we have friends in the area so they can tell their friends. Didn't complain to the front desk as spoke little English would have just offered a better room, which could have been in a worse state.

Stayed at this motel for my business trip. I'm very happy with this place, the room is spotless and the staff are very nice and friendly. I will be back again.

Our room was nicely presented. Loved the large comfortable king bed and plenty of pillows to choose from. Plenty of kitchen utensils available too. Bathroom products available too which was welcomed. All very clean and tidy. A bathmat would be good for shower area though. So all in all a great experience for a one night stay.

A new manager is now at the Hotel. The room was clean and fresh. The linen, towels etc were all clean. We didn’t have any problems with this hotel and feel it has improved 100% from when we stayed there last year.

We stay here everytime we visit family in Drouin. A great motel, value for money. Oh and they now have Netflix.

Extremely happy with our stay. Jenny the owner is amazing, super friendly and accommodated our family on anything we needed immediately. The cleaner kept our room super tidy and was always so lovely to chat to. Easy access and so close to everything in drouin. We will be staying at the comfort inn if we ever go back out that way in the future. Thanks Jenny for giving us a great experience. Clean. Nice check in lady. Close to a main road so a little noisy. Quite a way from Drouin town. Small rooms. Noisy gravel drive. Nice touch with toiletries.

Absolutely disgusting, we stayed one night, walked in the room the carpets were filthy, mold in shower, the vanity mirror was not cleaned obviously from the previous people, only had 1 third of a roll of toilet paper and no spares, I had pineoclean wipes with me luckily so I had to clean everything before I could bring in my things into the roomyou need to clean up your act Comfort Inn we are not living in a third world country here!! won't ever be going back

We were very disappointed with the hotel manager. When we left she informed us a soap dish had been cracked ? We told her we were unsure on how they may have happened? She charged us $300 for this to be replaced?? We paid this bill and little did we know that she had held onto the hire equipment resulting in us having another account to pay a few weeks down the road. My disabled partner needed a hoist and shower chair while we were there. Also the room was very grubby, moved the bed and the floors hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. Had to continually ask for mores towels etc etc. We are very disappointed with the service there and would never stay there again.

I am very happy with this motel. They had everything you need, such as microwave, cutlery, plates, iron and ironing board... Well priced and friendly service.
