I highly recommend Baby Bunting Hectorville store. The staff at this store are extremely friendly, patient, and very helpful to customers. I have recently purchased many baby supplies from this store, including pram, car seat, high chair, and more, and every shopping experience has been very satisfying. Especially when purchasing the car seat, I made a mistake with the model due to my own fault, but one of their staffs, Paige, patiently helped me resolve the issue. Furthermore, during the process of exchanging the item in-store on the evening of Thursday, June 15th, I received patient and meticulous assistance from two other staffs and the on-duty manager that night. Chloe has also been very helpful throughout these shopping experiences. Thank you. In conclusion, I highly recommend this store and the entire service team.

I came in store today at Hectorville in a slight frazzle because of pram strap dramas, I was greeted promptly by Tiyana who was more than happy to stop what she was doing to help me. She was knowledgeable and welcoming, for that reason alone I will be back. A+++ customer service. Mary one of the managers is also very lovely so if you’re looking for a stress free, helpful visit I suggest you come here.

It’s nice to have a store in the Eastern suburbs but the lack of customer service is appalling!
