Great experience with Solargain. Our Sales consultant Tom Liston did an amazing job from the 1st interaction till after the system was installed he provided out standing support throughout. Solargain was very helpful in designing the best possible solution that fits our needs at a reasonable price. The installation contractor also did a great job every thing was done with highest standard of professionalism. System was installed couple of months ago and so far we have no issues. We recommend Solargain.

I had a positive experience with Solargain in helping me select the system that met our needs and in providing and installing that system. I had a 6.6kw system and a Tesla battery installed. After an issue with the Tesla app data not aligning with the Fronius (Inverter) app data was sorted all has been going well with the system for a couple of months now. I went through a thorough selection process doing quite a bit of research and had a lot of technical questions for the Solargain advisor Tom Liston. He provided answers to all my questions and was very helpful and supportive. The installation went well, overseen by Chris. My only issue was that customer support for Victoria is provided from WA and was not as responsive as the other areas of Solargain. Overall, I was very happy with Solargain and the system I now have.

Engaged Solargain based on good reviews online. Was not disappointed.We're very helpful is suggesting the right system, and did not over promise the savings.Initial install date was slightly longer than desired. No problem, if installers are booked up they are booked up.Was contacted shortly after making booking offering an earlier date due to a cancellation.Installers we efficient and polite and explained all I needed to know.Would recommend.

My husband and I spent a fair amount of time researching solar companies as well as solar panels and in the end we went with Solargain because of their customer service, quality panel selection, and pricing. Liam offered great customer service and provided several options to suit our needs. The entire team was very knowledgeable about the products, replied to emails very quickly and communicated well throughout the entire process. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the installation, which is outsourced, but a roof tile was cracked and we ended up with interior water damage. We are Melbourne based and I suppose installations company vary by location. I would definitely recommend Solargain to friends and family.

Installers were courteous and accommodating of our wishes and completed the job with expertise unsurpassed.We are now feeling the results in lowered energy bills and significant contribution to the grid.

It was mind boggling for me to choose an appropriate Solar Panel System.Tom Liston from Solargain helped me with my enquiry. He had good communication skills and the patience no matter how many times I contacted him before making a firm decision.All the teams (Sales, Accounts, Installation) were friendly and courteous.The installation team were very professional and left the place neat & tidy.After installation there was just one minor hiccup. One of the panels reported an error.The response was quick. The panel was not plugged in properly.I have no problem dealing with this company in the future.

This is the second time we have had Solargain installing solar panels for us. In both occasions we were looked after Ramise and she is exceptional. Her attention to detail, customer service are amazing. She makes sure you understand what you are getting and your options which is important to me as I'm not tech savvy.Installation happened without issues and usage and support after install was great!

Great to deal with! My hot water system failed and they had me set up with a temporary hot water system the day i called. New unit was installed a few days later, excellent workmanship too. Highly recommend. Thanks team solargain
