Hugely disappointing. We needed shirts for Christmas, and the owner was initially very quick to respond and said we'd have them within two weeks. Then... nothing. In the seven weeks since placing the order, we've not managed to get an answer to any emails, Facebook messages, or even phone calls as no-one picks up. Do not use. (NB: this business is also known as Promotions R Us.)

Appalling service.Ordered tops, had a dead line to meet as our staff needed new tops for an important Event. Rang several times, no one ever answers the phones, can’t get hold of owner. Staff knew nothing about the order. Emailed 24hrs before the event to make sure everything was still on track, no reply. Highly recommend you use someone else.
