Had Jon come and replace roof lining on my ML320 Benz. He put his thumb straight through the plastic casing of my lamp display above rear vision mirror. He said he would get another lamp assembly from a 'wrecker' and come and replace it. Two days later, the plastic cover (at the end of my lamp assembly) that hides electrical wires 'fell off', while I was driving. It had been 'glued' with yellow stretchy gunk, that was sagging and holding onto the plastic cover by a thread, now banging between my windscreen and the rear view mirror. One of the clips was completely missing and now the cover cannot hold itself in place. I sent photos from every angle and have not heard a word. Roof lining was stained in numerous places from the old foam lining and the car was covered in it, he didn't bother cleaning up and has ignored every message I have sent him in relation to rectifying the damage. I have priced up a new lamp display with Mercedes Benz and it is in excess of $2200, I can't even locate the 'plastic cover' on any spare parts page to get a replacement price. So, my $350 roof lining replacement has now turned into thousands of dollars worth of damage. Not to mention a car detailer bill of $325. Great job Jon Jagger, thanks for your professionalism and making good the damage you caused. I have no idea why you haven't contacted me, you seemed like a 'nice' guy. I have given you ample time to remedy this situation as best you can, but I have been left with no choice but to lodge application with QCAT for compensation. Watch this space!

Came out to look at 2 rooflinings for me. Organised to get the correct colours then never showed up. Messaged him 4 times and hes ignored all my messages. All he had to say was doesnt want to do the job then i would of organised someone else.

Jon replaced my roof lining and the lining on my sunroof, visors and pillars all at my place. Was a great price and did a good job. After taking my visors way to finish them (needing a sowing machine) he returned them to my place FOC which I know was out of my way.Great job Jon, would recommend for anyone with a sunroof who are difficult to find
