Guest 4WD

Guest 4WD provided friendly and helpful service and advice. We had the works done on our Fortuner, including suspension upgrade, bullbar, snorkel radio and wiring. The quality of workmanship was flawless, and the vehicle now drives beautifully on all surfaces, from bitumen to mountain tracks, corrugations and sand, We crossed the Simpson without skipping a beat. Post-trip follow-up advice and vehicle check has also been great.

These guys are legends! got my snorkel kit and all my dual battery accessories off these guys and they were super friendly and happy to help. Weren't at all bothered with me calling up crying for help either. Will 100% be back for my UHF, exhaust and whatever else I can think of.

So relieved to have found Michael and his team at Guest 4WD. My previous service centre closed down and its always stressful finding a new place. Went to Guest based on the ratings - but also a little suspicious of all of the 5-star reviews.Well, now I know why the ratings are so high - they are earned and 100% deserved!!Here's my feedback. Communication - outstanding. Quality of work - outstanding. Friendliness - outstanding. Trustworthiness - outstanding. Patience - outstanding. I am not mechanically super-savvy and I did not feel patronised. I had a roadworthy done a few weeks earlier that highlighted a couple of things that would need to be looked at when I had the car serviced. Would have been so easy for Guest to have simply done the work and then charge accordingly. But I got a call that said they'd taken a look, and those issues were just fine and there was no need to proceed at this time. That says it all about their values and their customer focus.I would give this outfit 6 stars if I could.

My experience with Guest 4WD was very professional and well organized. I have had bad experience in the past with getting accessories fitted to my 4x4 at a different company but these guy are great and I would hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Helpful advice for a beginner. They don't try to over sell or up sell and respect customers choices. I bought basic recovery gear for use with my Xtrail T31 2009.

Many thanks to Guest 4WD after we had been let down by another business. Took the time to listen to our problems and came up trumps with a better solution.When the work was completed we were more than happy with the high quality.

Very friendly team and high quality service, was pleasantly surprised to get a good price, good service and limited stock (no waiting time), you can trust them. They will consult you on your needs and budget before ordering and fitting, which is newbie 4WDER friendly, Mecheal Guess was very patient in explaining and matching me, he is a very knowledgeable guy hahaha, I like him ~ after fitting all the accessories I went on a long trip and heavy off-road with no problems at all ~ the car is in perfect condition and I think it's time to Time to do my next modifications

I'd taken my 4x4 ute to 2 other mechanics prior to going to Guest as I was assured the issue was fixed. Guest diagnosed the problem and had it sorted in no time. They were also good at fixing up a few odds and ends that needed doing and getting it prepared for a RWC. They're great communicators and I'll be back for my regular servicing for sure.
