Nails Avenue

The most gorgeous nails ever.The lady who did them was so fast and she did an incredible job. I showed her a reference pic and her job was exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

I actually went to Nails Avenuw twice as my first experience was alright.However, the second time they lost me forever due to many reasons.Had to extremely long and even decided to leave as it seemed fruitless but they said stay stay and THEN they started on my nails.In the middle of getting my nails done the technician left me and moved 2 seats down and starting another lady's nails.When it was I grew impatient and had to to to the counter as none of them were making eye contact and after all busy.Finally after getting there attention I got my nails done but they didn't look good (were supposed to be chrome) and also one fell off within a week.Not again.

Very disappointed with the result of my nails as I feel like my nail tech rushed the job. The polish is uneven and there is leftover polish stuck on the skin around my nails. I paid $45 for shellac on natural nails. Not too expensive but I think a different place would give better results for around the same price. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I got my nails done a week ago and the lady did a terrible job with the shape however I didn't really mind because they were short and they needed to grow. My nail chipped a week later which never usually happens because I get SNS and they made me pay $10 to get them re-done, most places you can get them re-done for free. I was going back and fourth with the lady and even showed her my bank transaction for proof however they still made me pay. I was happy to pay $5 at least but $10 was outrageous. I will NEVER be returning, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I'm visiting Parramatta briefly from NZ and needed my mani redone. After reviewing the various nail salons in the Westfield Mall, I decided to go here because it has the highest ratings overall, and its most recent reviews weren't too bad (the reviews are pretty negative for all of the salons, really). I paid $70 for removal of my SNS mani and a new french SNS manicure. I was glad that they could do the mani straight away. This is similar to what I'd pay in NZ. Overall, I was happy with the job she did. I've been getting manis for years and the process she used was good - except there was one point when she was too rigorous with the grinder around a cuticle and I had to pull away. It did break the surface and there was a little blood. She didn't apologise. They were relatively friendly but my biggest criticism is that they talk NON-STOP in Vietnamese with no concern about how rude it is do this in front of customers. It might be normal in the nail salons here but it certainly isn't in the salons I go to in NZ.They also don't chat with their customers eg. 'how's your day going?'. I'd like to give it 3.5 stars, rather than 4 (or 3 stars), but I'm feeling positive that I have nice nails again. :)

The worst experience I have ever had. I’ve always gone to sea nails on the opposite side of nails avenue and they never fail to do my nails perfectly. I decided to try this nail salon and I have never hated the nails more. The lady I had was rushing so much and did not take her time at all. They were careless and extremely rude and did what they thought was best. The nails were messy and the gel was all over not even inside the nail. Don’t even get me started on the waiting time. They told me 1/2 and hour i was waiting to start for over an hour and when another customer had come in to get their nails or toes done they would tell some to have a seat or tell them they are too busy. I honestly had never had a worse experience AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER TO GO TO THIS SALON!

Not very good. The tools for my pedicure didn’t come out of any packaging and my pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had before, very fast no massage, hardly any scrub and also I had to mention to file them because they were not filed,cut or asked which shape I want.. my acrylics were uneven and acouple shorter then the others.. I think cutting the acrylic was strange and I think they should have been shaped first.. also no one spoke to me at all,staff only talk with each other the whole time during pedicure and it was not very relaxing and really rushed

absolutely amazing, don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, i went yesterday showed the lady a picture of the nails i wanted and she did them exactly perfect! will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time trying this nail salon and had such a bad experience. The girl who was doing my nail seemed to be so annoyed and aggressive towards me. She was very distracted and was looking elsewhere instead of my nails all the time. Apart from that, she was holding my hand in an angle which I have never seen before so wasn’t too sure how I should keep my hands. Then, she told me very aggressively that I can’t work like this!! Once she was done, she didn’t even tell me what to do and just stood up and left (considering she knew how to speak English). If you don’t like your job, maybe don’t do it anymore and it’s not the customer’s fault that you are there. Her job was ok in the end but this is not the way that your customers should be treated. I went to the salon in such a good mood and left there very angry. She was very negative towards me since the beginning and even she was very reluctant to do the manicure by asking me whether I wanted to do it or not and when I asked her what you think she said it’s up to u. She did not even dry my hands after taking em out of the water and just ask me to put on towel and she started holding my wet hand which was not pleasing at all. One more thing was when I switched my hands, she asked me to place my other hand on top of the same towel which was full of skin and nail pieces. Will not come back for sure and not recommend it to anyone.

Don’t waste your money. The staff name Lisa she doesn’t know how to do Pedicure. So rough and skipping few step. During the Pedicure stoping 3times serving the other customer and rushing my pedicure. If you so busy then don’t take me in. I’m so disappointed Emma is no longer there. Never go back again. No wonder the reviews here so low points.
