Took my 2.5 yo boy for a haircut with Ebony, who was very kind and professional. My son loved the car chair and the cartoon playing on the TV kept him entertained and still enough for a haircut. It was certainly his best experience at a hair salon and the best haircut he's had so far.

We booked our 11 month old son in for a haircut. It was an awful experience from the start! The lady on the phone was rude and we were forced to hold down our son for his haircut. I understand that a child kicking and screaming makes for a difficult job, but we are now dealing with a fear of haircuts many months on. He sees the razor and cries due to his experience here. He never used to do this prior to his cut at Ziggetty Snipits. Definitely do not recommend ! We felt rushed and told she only had 15 minutes to finish the cut so had no choice but to pin him down

Poor experience today, will not be using this service again. Arrived 5 minutes late but tried calling twice and left a voicemail to advise that we will be late when we arrived then lady muttered we are late yet left the salon either toilet break etc other staff member advised they were flat out then to come back with a poor attitude and had the hair cut done within 10/15 minutes and no other customer turn up as they were so busy. Would get a better experience from just cuts as they are more patient with children and speak alot better to the kids then the experience we received today.

Took our almost 2 year old today for a haircut and we are so happy. The car seats, bubbles and toys greatly helped my son sit through his hair cut happily. I also like that the cut was done efficiently yet handled with care. Your child will be in good hands getting their hair cut here, we will be back for sure!

I went here about a month ago for my son to get his hair cut. He hates getting his hair cut, I have try so many different places and it's been a terrible job. We had Ebony who cut his hair and she was amazing. She took her time and was very patient with him. I would highly recommend going to she her. She did a amazing job and I am extremely grateful that my son got a good hair cut.

Took my 1.5yr old son here for his first haircut. The lady Leanne was lovely and very helpful. My son started off well but then he started crying and she had to do the rest of the cut during this difficult time. I commend her efforts and we are very happy with the experience. Highly recommend this place. It’s only an extra $3.50 to get to keep first lock of hair and a certificate. Perfect idea for a first hair cut.

Took my daughter for her first haircut and was completely disappointed by the level of customer service. The lady had another child on the chair doing his hair but we weren’t even acknowledged until the boy left even though we entered and had been sitting there for 10 minutes, a simple hello I’ll be right with you would have sufficed. Also while cutting my daughters hair she started commenting on the customer that was there before us to the other lady behind the desk who never even offered a smile or a look to us. we found this to be very rude, you don’t talk badly about the customer before infront of the new customer. Was so looking forward to having a good experience with our first haircut and your salon completely soured this milestone experience for us, we will not be back.

I was debating posting this review but I feel it needs to be said.The customer service is bad. Hands down. The lady cutting my sons hair was so rude I wanted to walk out with my family mid cut. I should have.I do not recommend her and she isn't great with kids based on posts I've seen regarding her conduct on a series of FB groups I follow.Do not go.
