I'm not one for shopping around and engaging with multiple companies but rather more interested in getting great service from people who actually know what they are taking about. And John Cole did not disappoint. As soon as we entered in to our agreement, John got busy organising open house days to drum up potential buyers and more importantly, he keep in constant communication. After the first weekend we already had interested parties and offers coming in and shortly afterwards we went to contract. Best decision I made, thank you John and Lucy Cole's Prestige Properties.

He is a great strategist about pricing of the property which attracted buyers and and achieved the best. He is well managed personality and never gives you false hope. He is 'to the point' and exact. He is friendly, honest and trustworthy. Telly kept us in the loop at every step of the selling process and always suggested us the best we could expect. Quick, precise and no nonsense!I initially emailed Rima with a RFI and she followed up with personal contact (a call) in fact so fast i almost wasn't prepared. I knew what was important to me and dont want waste time which rattles a lot of realtors. Rima took it on the chin and responded similarly which was refreshing as it saves mucking around. She was careful to make sure she looked after her vendors interests (very important as a lot dont) but also made sure she understood where i was coming from and wanted. As a result, even though we were overseas, a deal was done and signed in a matter of days, both vendor and ourselves were very happy with the result.
