Our business is based in NSW and we have been using commander centre Perth for all our telco needs for over 4 years now. I can highly recommend the team as they go above and beyond to get any issues under control with a minimum of fuss and everything is always sorted out super fast. Our account manager Brad Starr is a dead set champion. He is always available to help out and quite often follows up well after business hours just to make sure everything has been completed and that we are happy. Absolute disgrace of a company. Phones have been down for 5 days and they still won't send me a new phone or provide a technician. Been on the phone every day being told to plug the phone into a different socket, now plug it here, now restart again and again. Wasted hours trying to fix their problem which was a national problem but still have 2 phones not online since their network came back online 5 days ago. Multiple promises made for a call back / text with an update within an hour, still waiting 7 hours later....Will be cancelling our contract just 2 months in and changing elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service & follow up by Brad Starr who ensured everything went to plan and went smoothly from beginning to end.The installation and training by Cavin was superb. He was very patient and explained things really well to us. Overall we couldn't asked for a better experience with switching to NBN and having our entire phone system upgraded.Highly recommend the team.

During the relocation of our business, I was concerned that our communications may be offline for some time especially as we were moving over to the NBN at the same time as moving office. Brad Starr continually helped with the changeover, explaining the new system that I was changing over to & reminding me of anything that I may have overlooked in order to make the changeover to be the least inconvenience to our business. We closed the old office at 5pm, relocated the communications system with the help of Cavin Winch, who had installed our new phone system during the day, & by open of business the next day, we were up & running. Brad certainly knew what was required to make it happen with the least inconvenience, & I'm sure he had a few sleepless nights as well. Onsite, Cavin Winch had the knowledge & experience to handle all the installation & connection issues that arose during the changeover, which was really appreciated as we are located in a rural location. Our Company has been with Commander since 2001 but since we changed to being looked after by Andrew Cox and his team in Perth we have had exceptional service. Lightning strike and Perth helped us with parts when we were having problems getting them from Brisbane and Melbourne. We are based in Hervey Bay, Queensland and all communications are by phone or email and we can not fault service even when it is about the account.
