I tried Ozfoodhunter for the first time, and it was amazing! The food arrived hot and fresh, and the delivery was quick.

Placed an order for delivery, 1 hour and 15 minutes later they rang to say they had no drivers to deliver and if I would like to pick it up. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They asked if I wanted my refund into something called OzWallet, (never heard if this, so requested to have refund through Paypal). Got a text to say refund would be within 2-6 hours, now 24 hours later and still no refund. Luckily I used Paypal to pay as I dont think the refund is coming from these scammers, so I will get my money back thru Paypal. Be very aware, read the latest reviews of these guys. Have a look at the responses from this company, they are all bot generated, there is no sincerety, I bet they dont even see or care about these reviews.

Website mentioned delivery put through an order and they said they don't deliver. Cancelled my order the representative said they will refund 2 days and no refund called again and they reckon no refund was processed and that they just did it it's been over a week calling daily and have not received my refund. Be Wary! This is a Scam site! Having it investigated sent dispute then going to Authorities

Ordered through the app and went to pick up from the restaurant- they told me they had rejected the order as they had run out. Phoned oz food hunter who apologised and said they’d process a refund. Still waiting on refund 48 hours later.Terrible service, do not use

Ordered at a local Indian restaurant through OzFoodHunter and over an hour later I arrived at the restaurant and they’d never seen my order. Had to wait for another 20 minutes. Never using again.

Greedy thieves! After a year of 2 of no orders through to our restaurant - we decided to terminate the contract but they kept attempting to sweet-talk their way out of it - even after making the decision final. They have caused nothing but trouble for our business and no evidence of actually following our request. If they do not comply with our decision we WILL take legal action against them!

I ordered my food food from the website,It got stuck on payment page and didn’t load afterwards, when i refresh the page, it said the payment went through. I never got my confirmation or anything. I just got charged $28. But i thought the order went through so i went to the restaurant aswell, the never received the order. I think these people are scam. I’m calling everyday regarding my refund but they just keep telling me that they’ll forward to account department. And specially a guy named leon promised me that he’ll refund me the money a week ago by himself on that day. I am still calling everyday for my money but these people don’t understand.
