We were referred to Rita by a close friend when we had our first child. I had bad experiences with dentists as a child and we wanted our child (then later plural - children) to have a different experience. I also wanted to try to overcome my anxiety about them too.We have been going to see Rita regularly for the past 11 years, so I think this is long enough to form a strong and experience-based opinion.The clerical and dental staff are fantastic. Seriously friendly and helpful. Always willing to sort things out and work with you if you need to make appointment changes or your private health care card stops working!I've had a few emergencies over the years and the same is true. They will do whatever they can to get you in as soon as possible.Rita is gorgeous. She is sooooooo lovely. I can honestly say that I would sweat blood when I thought I had to see a dentist. I avoided them regardless of the problems I had.Rita has been instrumental in helping me to no longer find the process anxiety provoking or fear inducing. My heart no longer races at the thought of going to the dentist and I no longer avoid going.If you have any anxiety in relation to dentists, Rita she is the person to see.My wife, who has no 'dentist phobia' also sees Rita and we've been very pleased with everything she and the staff have done for us.Our three children enjoy going to the dentist for their regular check up and look forward to telling Rita and the other staff about the things that have transpired since their last visit.Here is are two specific example of our experiences:It appeared that our eldest child would likely need a dental plate to manage a problem with the growth of her upper palate. Rita told us that she'd keep track of what was happening. Finally she referred us to a specialist who didn't charge us at all - he said he wanted to wait at least a year to make sure any work was necessary!When it was determined that some intervention was necessary, the same specialist and his staff provided the level of consideration, friendliness and expertise that we experience from Rita and the staff at Balmain. Fantastic.Two years ago, I was experiencing extremely serious neuralgia. Rita referred me to a specialist who has published and presented work on the subject. In addition he was very, very friendly and supportive.In summary, it's not only that Rita and the staff at Balmain are very kind, friendly and highly competent but that if you need to be referred on, you are referred on to people who are similarly kind, very friendly and highly competent.I cannot recommend Rita and the staff at Balmain any more highly. At times I'm reluctant to refer people to her purely for selfish reasons - the more people know how good she is, the more people will see her and the harder it will be for US when we want to change our appointment times :)

Have been seeing George for 20 years. i drive around 1.5 hrs to see him. Appointments are made well in advance.

Rita was recommended as I have moved into the area. Prior, my annual cleaning was a slightly painful drawn out affair, but Rita has gentle hands and explains everything as she goes. The cost was very reasonable. I am delighted to have a new long term dentist with whom I feel extremely comfortable.

I’ve been going to see Dr George Kadi for over 20 years and I would not hesitate to recommend his skills as a Dentist nor his ability to treat his Patients with the utmost curtesy and professionalism. He is by far the best Dentist I have used and that applies to both here and the UK where I originally come from. I do not feel that ‘Five Stars’ are adequate and would award him with more if I could. Everyone I have recommended his services too has ended up switching from their existing Dental provider and I am always recommending him!
