I recently bought a shield boss, late Viking sword and battle axe. All products are EXCELLENT. Service from Medieval Shoppe is first rate. My only problem now is I think I need a Norman helmet and another shield boss; maybe being medieval is addictive! Thanks to the crew at Medieval Shoppe - you have made my week!

I recently bought some plate armour from The Medieval Shoppe. The delivery took 2 working days from ordering over here in Perth and the equipment is great quality. I am very happy and I will definitely look at purchasing more equipment from these guys.

ordered a shield online, and it was never delivered they kept giving me excuses of backordered. i try to contact for a refund and NO response! this place is a complete SCAM you can read other reviews that have same issues even if you did get your item the product will have no Q/Q at all

Very happy with the two medieval dresses I've purchased from this shop this last year: both garments are well-made and comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them when performing in my medieval music group. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with one of the staff members. Who hung up on me, claiming he didn’t have time to answer questions, that I had about purchasing equipment to fix/add on to my leg bracers.Absolutely appalling customer service from that individual.

Made a purchase of a pendant on the 21/06/22 and still have not received it. I have tried to contact multiple times with NO response. Would give zero stars if this was an option. Customer service and communication is horrible. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Highly recommend. Excellent service, fair pricing and quality workmanship. Look forward to purchasing more from the armory. Check out their drinking horns - they're amazing. Will never drink our ale from a glass again. Couldn't find a better price anywhere else and I'm very glad to have found a shop like this within the Aussie shores :-)
