The team at Pioneer Podiatry were very courteous and prompt in every step of the way from check in to actually see the Podiatrist. Would highly recommend when seeking a podiatrist.

The team helped me clear up persistent nail issues over an extended period. They have supported me through ingrown surgery, a complete in-clinic removal which was not as complicated or painful as it sounds, light therapy and home treatment medications and protocols. They provided easy to understand videos, tracked my progress with photos and review visits and encouraged me with kindness to keep up the care efforts at home. With all of this amazing support I finally have clear and healthy nails after over a decade of struggle. I am so happy and grateful to the whole team at Pioneer Podiatry for sticking by me to get this result. Highly recommend these expert clinicians, professional practice and warm, friendly team. Not really one to leave reviews, but good work should be promoted. Both the receptionist were extremely friendly, Kelsey managed to squeeze me in for an appointment when I messed up my online booking. Phil and his assistant were also very efficient, caring and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in a similar situation as I was. Great job guys :)

Dr. Low knows her stuff! Takes time to know ur situation and she thoroughly examined my foot. Futhermore, she gave a program to address my heel pain. Until the next meeting Dr.Cheers and more power to you all at Pioneer Podiatry Mackay.

Absolutely amazing incredible service from Pioneer Podiatry.I was so impressed in both visits and I would highly recommend this place for any kind of foot/toe issues.I had put off getting my toes sorted and I was fixed up and pain free again in like 15 mins. Compared to podiatrists in other states i was disappointed with this podiatrist. Seems like their specialities are more for ingrown nail and minor foot pain, and the only tool in their tool box was Orthotics for anything else. whereas other podiatrists in SA, VIC, NT look to recertify the underlying problems causing foot/ankle pain for long-term recovery.

The help I received from Pioneer Podiatry was incredible! Dr. Phil Marshman took care in treating the issue I had until it was completely back to normal. Unfortunately this took some time but Dr. Marshman did not stop seeing me until it had been sorted. I am appreciative of his patience in this process and grateful to have received such thorough treatment. I will only be coming here for any podiatry related concerns in the future.

A friendly welcome from all staff made my son’s appointment so much easier. He was so nervous but Dr Phil was so good calming him down and talk him through the whole procedure. Will recommend you to all my friends! Thanks!

Dr Kate was friendly and helpful with my appointment as I was nervous but we were able to discuss some issues and also a laugh. Left feeling less nervous!
