Punctual. Neat work. Everything is properly documented. Got light fittings installed, new power points added, tv mounted on wall, wifi points installed, doorbell installed, wall hangings installed, cabling for TV and additional power points installed for my new home. Highly recommend Dr. Electro.

Our ceiling fan, light fixture and remote were not working. Although I contacted several electricians, the only one who responded to discuss the problemwas Shri from Dr Electro electrical solutions .When he called the next day to say he could come out shortly to check out the problem, I was thrilled. I had read some reviews on facebook and was very pleased that Shri is coming to fix the problem. He quickly assessed that a receiver wiring connector had burned out, partly due to the loose connections. Shri felt that it would be unsafe to fix the fan unless the reciever was replaced. I agreed. He went extra mile to get the spare part in his own time.He replaced the receiver box and remote transmitter. He checked out everything very thoroughly and explained everything that he was doing as I asked questions. He was very personable to work with and it was clear that he would stay until everything was done well to his satisfaction. It didn’t matter whether it was a big job or small job.His price was highly competitive and he delivered whatever was described in his scope of work.I got extra switch replaced for which is charged extra very reasonably .I would be very happy to get my other work done with Shri again.

Knows his work, but need to have very clear understanding up front.Easily finds reasons and excuses saying work it out with builder, the previous electrician etc.Yes there was a bit of builder's fault, which I got resolved myself later on one antenna point,the other antenna point which he charged $50 extra claiming to fix the problem was also left behind not working. It went to the point to which he was counting $$$ for a 1 minute trouble shooting.Over all Product delivered Antenna $149+ is very good Quality.The extra charge $50 he charged to fix an issue with the point... He offered to refund later, but I have not taken the refund.I have fixed the faulty antenna point issue myself, it took a few minutes to workout the splitter settings and to find a faulty end terminal which took $8 worth of repairs and a trip to Bunnings. The bottom line is he being an expert electrician could have done that is a split second if he was willing.update 17th June 2019Spoke to him and gave another job of installation of 10 downlights. Perfect Perfect Perfect.Good quality components, very thorough job. Will call again definitely..

We needed to get installed power points 10 amp and 15 amp each . He gave the quote online and was professional.Clear communication, turned up on time and great work.

We had our tv installed on the wall. He was very professional and gave great advice regarding installation and wiring. Finished the job quickly.

What a find! I'd been saving up a bunch of little and big-ish electrical jobs in my house for a while and finally decided to bite the bullet. Shri was SO attentive and communicative with me from the get-go. He was slammed with some huge emergency kind of jobs for other clients, but he made sure to schedule time for my non-emergency stuff, and even offered to come to my place on an evening or weekend for no extra charge.He really considers every job equally important. His pricing was very competitive, and my jobs (from switching out some hanging lamps, putting in a new exhaust fan, to bigger jobs like bringing an electrical outlet to my outdoor deck) were not going to make him a millionaire, but he treated me like he would. He's a perfectionist and wouldn't allow my lamp to hang from the ceiling any way but the exact length and direction I wanted.Plus he's so much fun to work with. He's hilarious, down to earth, and has stories that will blow your mind. At the same time, he's extremely professional, knowledgable and meticulous about his work. He takes his work and your safety very seriously.My house presented loads of century-old challenges to him, but he did NOT charge me extra for the extra work.He stayed true to his quote. I respect this guy and feel like I have electrician in the family now. I'll definitely be calling Shri for my next job.
