I phoned up to book my husband a doctors appointment yesterday afternoon - Gave the receptionist his details (even spelt out his surname for her to book) and he has just shown up for the appointment and the receptionist has instead of apologised just said that I am a liar and she would never have done that. There was also appointments online for the time that it was supposed to be. Learn some customer service and client decency.

A medium sized practice with several doctors. the practice is in the 1 floor. The team is very helpful and I got an appointment very quickly. The doctor quickly recognized my problem and was able to remedy the situation quickly. The practice is easily accessible via an elevator. Parking is also available. from me full 5 stars

Doctors in this clinic will not listen to you, they will not show compassion or empathy, will dismiss your symptoms and tell you they do not know what's wrong and will not investigate further.This review comes after many visits to this clinic with more than one doctor, I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I have been to this surgery quite a few times over the years, and I have filled in the details of my medical conditions even though it is not my normal GP. When I tested positive for Covid I contacted them to see if I could get the antivirals as i have a compromised immune system they told me they would not be able to help and to use a after hours GP service. Will not be using them again

Trying to charge as a new patient for my daughter that has been there multiple times over the years and then proceed to argue with me telling me I need to pay or her appointment will be cancelled.Very disappointing as we have been patients for 5 years

It was our First time we visit there and found very Pleasant and the staff very helpful, we had our Virus Jabs did not feel a thing, Great Nurse, and the Doctor , she explained everything,we would certainly go there again.

I joined this practise recently. I have found them to be professional, friendly and organised. Dr Hegazi is a friendly, caring and open doctor. Great local practise under new management.

Worst doctor surgery ever and the nurse is horribleYou really have to listen to what people are telling you and can see by so many negative reviews that if you want to sustain any clients, you will need to be more friendly and as I witnessed personally when attending with my husband, not a smile actually it was like she was void of any emotion at all, didn't smile, didn't check anything, unfortunately it's so hard to find any decent trust-worthy doctors these days, going by the reviews, most people say the same thing....☹️2. Another appointment, The nurse is so rude, arguing with my husband, regarding he hadn't had his flu shot, very opinionated, telling him that he SHOULD have all his injections, how dare she, it's everyone right to make there own decision regarding what's put in their body, absolutely descusting customer service won't be going back.......she should be sacked.

I visited this practice for the first time today and was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the doctor. I was also impressed by the receptionist who was both polite and friendly.

Presented with acute tonsillitis with very visible symptoms along with severe swelling of the glands. Was unable to talk properly or swallow. Tried to advise the doctor, how I was treated for it previously as it was extremely effective. Also advised I had been hospitalised in the past because of tonsillitis. Doctor refused to listen to any of my symptoms and refused to medicate properly. I was misdiagnosed and sent home. Few hours later my condition was severely worse, I was in excruciating pain and unable to swallow anything. I was hospitalised and the hospital doctor couldn’t understand how this surgery miss diagnosed it. After being put on the CORRECT antibiotics and medication from the hospital doctor, within 6hrs I dramatically improved. Will be calling on Monday to submit an official complaint and strongly recommend NOT going here. Misdiagnosed twice by a doctor at this surgery and have never been so horrified by a so called medical professional.
