The guy who fitted out carseat was super rude, aggressive and blunt! Could not take the time to explain how to use the carseat straps/inserts ect. And brushed us off the second we parked our car he went inside told the carseat girl we needed a new seat and walked off, didn't explain anything. My husband then asked him to explain the functions which he replied look move your car I need it moved! Even booking the appt on the phone 3 days prior he was rude

Going to any baby bunting can be a daunting experience.With a wide variety of options available, one doesn't know where to start, what to look at and what to buy or even ones personal needs.From the initial discovery phase to buying multiple items, my experience here is been nothing short of gratitude.Anna (sales) is the one person who really stands out. She listened, helped us and narrowed down our requirements.Provided us the best option and just made us feel really comfortable with the purchase/ lay buy options.Anna was someone we could really rely on.Car seat installation was done by David and he again helped us understand how everything works and was happy to repeat the process when it looked bit too overwhelming. David was passionate about a child's safety and would recommend him.I went to baby buntings ( hoppers Crossing) closer to where I live and the experience was nothing short of horrible.But Anna at Taylor's Lake baby bunting made the experience very comforting.What can change - just two options for Glider chairs are a bit less to choose from.Would I recommend this Baby bunting- YES!

Worst customer service waited around 20mins asked the store manager for assistance refused to help and stated am helping another customer waited my turn and then skipped me for another customer.I asked another worker and she went back to her and she said F*** him don’t help.Would not recommend anybody to go this baby bunting worst one in the NW area.Asked 3 staff and left with out buying anything absolutely disgusting was just seeking help for my new born customer.Would never recommend anybody to come here!

Absolutely disgusted with our experience today. The staff themselves were helpful but the manager and car seat installer were horrendous. The installer refused to install the isofix capsules we bought and then argued that our 3 year should be using a lap sash instead of a 5 point harness even though this is clearly incorrect. He had no idea what he was doing and the manager seemed to back up the lack of knowledge. Don't waste your time going to Baby Bunting Taylors Lakes. Choose another location!If only I could score 0 stars, I would. Very rude and unprofessional.

No customer service and the cashier need to be more trained and know how to do refund or store credit . Obviously she doesn’t like her job and she didn’t want to give customers any help . we will never go back.

I went to bbt many times to be prepared for nb. But brought nothing, even I did research for what I need still confused of all these baby stuff. Until I met Anna on boxing day, Anna was knowledgeable of what she were selling and did great price matching, I was happy to brought almost everything I needed on that day. Thank you for that great shopping experience！

So annoyed. Based in the recommendation by a staff member, we purchased a booster seat to fit in the middle of our current car seats. (We have 2 Britax maxi guard pros on each side -our kids are tall) Even tested it before purchasing to confirm the fit. When the baby seat goes back to a rear facing

Decided to try Deer park Baby Bunting today as Taylor’s Lakes and Hoppers Crossing always have less than helpful staff on only to find the exact same at this store! For such a beautiful big shop, you’d think you’d have staff on who aren’t just interested in a conversation. To be glared at when you walk in like you are such an inconvenience and interrupting their conversation. Lucky, I’m not a first time parent because that would have been enough for me to just walk right on out and not get what I needed. This is clearly a reoccurring problem as your reviews suggest. I did come to the review section just to check, maybe it was just a bad day, but it’s evident it’s not.

Nicholas installed my car seat and was amazing to consult with. He answered all my questions and I thought he has been doing this for years. Made me feel comfortable and reassured that my baby is safe as can be in my car thanks to his 100% work ethic.The staff inside the store are helpful and got me what I needed

I had a terrible experience with the baby car seat fitting employee. He was a horribly unprofessional man! He spoke to me like S**t! He was aggressive & beyond rude!!!. His behaviour was so awful that before he could go any further I told him to put my car seat back in my boot and then I drove off! Seriously, avoid this place especially if you’re pregnant & have zero tolerance for rude old men, who are having a bad day and decide to take out their frustrations on their pregnant customers!
