I have purchased various types of sausages made by this company, the recent being the Mountain Pepper and once again encountered the horrible problem of large pieces of gristle in them. It was a nightmare having to spit out gristle from each mouthful of sausage. The amount of gristle would be near half the amount of beef in the sausage. Although the flavour is divine to say the least, the amount of gristle is not worth the effort.
