Quakers Hill X-Ray & Ultrasound

No reception. Is. A person person show doing scans and reception so no one to take calls or make bookings.

I usually find this place good and good service but now I can’t even get a booking over the phone, no one answers the phone or replies to the messages left. I was hoping to get an X-ray and ultrasound today or tomorrow. My doctor couldn’t even get through to them.Are they even still opened or have they closed down or what?

They performed an ultrasound for my 1.5 old year son with utmost patience. They were even prompt in sending the reports to my son's GP on time. Polite Staff.

Never had a bad experience, staff are very friendly. Place seems a little dated but the scans are good, efficient with service. I would give more stars however the form from the G.P said open Saturdays, we went in for an Xray but it was closed.

The True Local reviews are more accurate. Poor communication, and not actually open at 10am like both their website, referrals and door sign says.

Very long wait time. Even with appointment there is over hour long wait. Not to forget you need to wait 30 min just to get an appointment.There is not even a receptionist to guide or to give appointment, you just have to wait for doctor himself to show up and do everything. Very bad place, please avoid it.

This x-ray facility forces people to put a cloth over their mouth and nose which causes serious problems in the long run. This facility should do their independent research of the dangers of cloth masks. One of the most obvious ones is the fact that it restricts oxygen intake and the person is actually breathing in potential toxicity right in. Further more, it is a violation of autonomy. It should be a CHOICE if somebody wants to wear a mask. People who enter this facility are coming in for an X-RAY! This is not a MEDICAL CENTER, it is an X-RAY center. Denying somebody entry into a facility that they need for potentially life saving purposes if they do not wear a cloth over their face is medical fascism. Remove this policy for it is nonsense.

Have been coming here for the last 21years, extremely friendly staff and always make the experience as quick and easy as they can. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you to staff, pleasure to deal with you .

Simple information of getting a patient details was unsatisfactory. My wife had an ultrasound test with her name wrongly spelled and wrong date of birth. They’ve wasted a day of my time since they wouldn’t accept the result of the test.
