Partner and I stopped by the store on the way home from the beach on Saturday 26th evening,didn’t see the sign where requires wearing shoes in store( and we don’t)Got informed by the staff in a rude manner( read the sign mate), as our shoes are wet, asked politely if it’s okay for us to get a pack quickly and got a positive answer.Though next second the same staff came on us angrily asked us if we understand what he said. As there’s so many other ways to communicate the misunderstanding if thinks so, he chose the most humiliating way for his customers.Shame that I didn’t see his name.Don’t do the job if you’re unhappy to do so!

I just came in through the drive through. I was very polite and said before I asked for anything that I had a few things to get. I got two things and he got it wrong and asked again he got it wrong so I said never mind and he turned around and said good don’t get anything? Very unprofessional and rude

That young fella who works has no respect for the company, no uniform, has no sense of customer service unless someone else is working with him. No PPE, and what I mean by that is he only wears his high vis vest just on his shoulder because it looks cool" THAT VEST IS FOR YOUR SAFETY!! How about you guys teach that young man how to dress properly and be a respectful employee who takes pride in working for BWS"

I live in Henley and never had an issue purchasing a beer on my way home on a hot summers night. I drove through the Drive-through and got out of my car to a dude yelling at me to put my shoes on. Which has never happened before. I didn’t have any with me and I was spoken to like a child about OHS&W! The guy that works there is on a power trip and needs to understand this place is on the beach, 50% of people don’t have shoes on and other 50% are wearing thongs which actually cause more injuries if he’s so worried about injuries. The worker needs to get off his high horse and learn how to speak to people with respect.

Reviews saying great staffs are probably the workers. Worst male staff. Pretty sure I am not the only one. He seems like he has an attitude problem and want to show his attitude to customers. Came for a quick purchase but the way he treats his customer is insane. Shame!

A great drive thru liquor store with Woolworths pick up (groceries ordered on line).There is a good range of RTD'S and plenty of cold Beer.A small range of Red and White wines and a limited range of Casks.Lee is the Superstar of Customer Service. He always has a smile and likes to have a laugh with the Customers.Rhys specialises in Spirits. He was a Bartender in Europe, predominantly in Budapest, Hungary for 10 years so he knows Liquor.The staff offer quick, friendly and helpful service.
