Telstra Mt Gravatt

Worst service ever waited an hour and a half to be told the other people were booked appointments. when I went in at 9.15am I was told I would be next in 15 minutes.

Waiting over 1.5hrs and still to be served and also told that if I dont get served in the next 30mins there's an additional wait for people with appointments which would make it 3hr wait. Make sure you have time to wait or make an appointment which I wasn't aware I could do. Glad I'm leaving telstra but they don't make it easy to.

Would give 6 stars if I could. I had a shocking time with Telstra online and then came to see Manish, who got us all sorted and was so kind about it too. Will being going here in future, everytime!

Went in with no clue what to do with my sim and got seen immediately. I think his name was Garath, he did more than what I expected and was very kind and charming. Very very happy lol thanks

It took > 30mins waiting just to re-print out my Proof of Purchase which emailed to me. It didn't have YEAR on the date so Samsung asked me to reprint with full date on it. Your mistake but my time!!!Can you do a 30 seconds job in a minute???

Very low quality customer service. I have to wait 20 minutes for my appointment and then just to get a new Sim card. It took me one hour and 10 minutes just for a Sim card so complain to the manager to please train your new staff before put them on customer service. She ignore me.I am so confuse how did she get to this position as a manager?

it was and is being the worst experience. I bought a new cell phone, it broke in less than a month, they didn't give me a new one, they sent it to assistance, it doesn't have a part, more than a month without a cell phone, they asked for a lot of documents to have a new cell phone I requested everything even so they didn't approve me give a new cell phone and the bill comes to pay.

Went into the store just for a Sim only plan just to be told they are too busy and will have to come back in 2.5 hours.Not sure what they where busy doing cause there was no one in the store at all!I'll take my money elsewhere...

2023 - Another year and Telstra is still as useless as ever. They still don't respond to phone messages or emails. When you turn up at the Telstra Store at Garden City you are told there is a 2 hour wait before you can even talk to some useless person!Telstra's customer service is non-existant and the staff at the Garden City Telstra Store are totally useless and unhelpful!2022 - Impossible to contact this Telstra store by phone. Have rung the store and left messages but no one ever rings you back - very poor service!!As per Kellie's info, have e-mailed the Mt Gravatt team and 24 hours later still no phone call or response to my e-mail from the Telstra store. After many years we are still waiting for Telstra to provide some customer service!!
