Yey! I passed my first driving test because of Get Geared Up Driving School. I am highly recommend this driving lesson. They have really some techniques on how you can learn to drive fast, comfortable and building up confident especially on the driving test. They are expert on how you can pass. I had a lesson with Laura in the process of converting my foreign manual drivers licence to an QLD one. It was fun, relaxed, informative lesson and Laura offered great value for money. It gave me the extra confidence needed to start driving around the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a skilled and experienced driving instructor who is friendly, caring and supportive.

What a terrific Driving School. I am a nervous driver, and the thought of teaching a teen these skills was very much beyond me. I was so grateful to discover Laura. After trying a number of driving schools in the Tewantin area, Get Geared Up Driving School was by far the best!! Once contacted, they were quick to get back to me and offer a variety of lesson availabilities and durations. I chose 1.5 and 2 hour lessons as that gave me a solid amount of time to soak up and practise what I was taught. I found Calvin to be professional, give clear and managable instructions, and was very encouraging. He gave me his full attention, didn't waste any time, and within a few lessons transitioned me from an unconfident manual driver to one who now enjoys it! His car was very pleasant to drive as well with a smooth clutch that wasn't too sensitive and a gear stick that was easy to control.I felt properly prepared going into my driving test, and would highly recommend Get Geared Up Driving School!! They were by far my favourite driving school!

You will not find another driving school like this. Both Laura and Calvin are such calm and laid back people and instructors!! I felt very comfortable in the car with both of them and they never ever make you feel silly or embarrassed when you do something wrong. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you or you child are looking for driving lessons. They both will go out of their way to accommodate your needs when it comes to the lessons and you won't meet another driving school as selfless and caring as this one. Laura was an amazing instructor she really helped me feel confident in my ability to drive and was really encouraging and patient with me, I would highly recommend going for a lesson with get geared up driving school!
