Kingston Chinese Dine in & Take away

Great takeaway restaurant in a quiet town. The food was very yummy and conveniently stays open until late. Would definitely recommend!

Twice as good as any Chinese take away I have EVER had!! Not a doubt! Ingredients are fresh and authentic, made right in front of you with skill and style, and the price is excellent for the quality. Meat dishes are full of meat, and veggies are not just your standard Aussie choices, my Mongolian beef was amazing, including a variety of oriental mushrooms packed with flavour. We ordered enough for a banquet for 5, and not a single dish was less than amazing, can't wait to go back.I can only assume that the one poor review was from someone looking for standard hot box takeaway, as this is far above that standard, and so has a lot more ingredients and a more authentic flavour.Especially recommend the Mongolian beef, and the salt and pepper seafood <3

Staying in Kingston for two nights and our take away meal from here was a highlight! Walked in to order and the chef gave the kiddies prawn chips while we waiting. The food tasted fresh and flavoursome. Definitely some of the best Chinese we have ever had. Unassuming from the street but do not hesitate! We loved it.

The food was delicious and glad we found this gem on our way through. The broccoli with garlic and oyster sauce was the best I have ever had and the other dishes was also very tasty.

It was amazingly nice and freshly cooked food. It’s a takeaway place. So, don’t be surprised if your food is served in a hurry. The chef manages everything by himself. So, he’s quite busy, understandably.I’m very happy with it and will go back again for dinner tomorrow.

Our first visit.. wont be the last by any means.One man .. I am guessing the owner.. taking in house orders, phone orders , and cooking everything. And it was so busy.The food was hot, fresh and delicious.Thank You !

So so good! Loved this place. Only a few vegetarian/vegan options on the menu but the owner said he was happy to cook anything we liked. The food was some of the best Chinese food we've ever had - so fresh with beautiful flavours. The garlic broccoli (we had it without oyster sauce) was incredible. We had another delicious veggie garlic cashew dish, and the owner added some tofu for us even though it wasn't on the menu - very kind. We also had a rice noodle dish which was awesome. We were only in Kingston for one night and so happy we ate here!

Wanted to go to a restaurant in Kingston. There are none apart from this one. It was a giggle. Mainly a takeaway Chinese & now we know why. Eating area very, very basic. One dude taking orders, cooking, serving & asking to write down 'what we want!' Interesting watching him command the wok. Meal of special ( not really) fried rice, Mongolian lamb & satay chicken, very tasty but hard to eat with bamboo cutlery!!!!!

This was an interesting experience first off the food was exceptional in taste and serve size.The cook come waiter come order taker was nice poor man was all alone and was busy as heck but never lost it , phone calls one after the other people getting pickup others coming in to make orders.The Restaurant from outside looked nothing fancy and inside even less so we ate in at a table next to the desk were orders were taken and he cooked next to that nothing hidden everything cooked right in front of you but there wasnt any drinks available that i could see so we had to wait till we got back to our motel to drink .In summary great food , get takeaway, poor man needs a helper, shop not at all fancy but the sheer number of people ordering says it all , and has the best rating i have seen for a chinese restaurant, as i said looks not mutch but if its good food your after you wont be sorry.
